  1. Early 20th century would probably limit the selection to Teddy Roosevelt to FDR. I think we can rule out Taft. Having already eliminated TR, Coolidge, and Hoover, let's try Harding and Wilson? George
  2. I suppose it should have been obvious that cartoons would be as easy to make in a pandemic as without one, but it didn't really occur to me. And, uh, I hope you had a feliz cumpleanos. George
  3. "Did you ever kill anybody?" "Yes, but they were all bad." George
  4. I actually would have gotten it from your penultimate post. Harley Quinn definitely has cussing and violence, but being a cartoon, based on a comic book (which was based on a prior cartoon), one might have expected it to be a kids' show. George
  5. That sounds like Sheldon Cooper. "Young Sheldon" fits some of the clues (title character not played by Jim Parsons), but there was no violence or cursing, and the only main actor well-known before the show was Annie Potts (though minor characters were played by Ed Begley, Wallace Shawn, Craig Nelson, etc.). George
  6. Sounds like "Doom Patrol," except that that has no "title character." Based on a comic book, but not a kids' show. Lots of cussing and violence. Stars include Timothy Dalton, Brendan Fraser, Alan Tudyk. Started in 2019. George
  7. Four US Presidents have won the Nobel Peace Prize. Name three of them. George
  8. "I just learned something very interesting." "'Pinocchio.' You risked our lives based on something you read in a children's book?" "Wait, it's a book? How about that? I got it from a movie." "I will return to you when it's safe. One day, right here, at sunrise, we'll be together again." George
  9. "Meeting an insurance agent the day your policy runs out is coincidence. Getting a letter from the emperor saying he's visiting is plot. Having your apartment eaten by a wrecking ball... is something else entirely. Harold, you don't control your fate". "If its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down... Oops, forgot my own rule". "You're the first - you're the first thing for so long that I've liked. The first person I could stand to be with. My whole life is such a waste. It's just nothing. I'm sorry. I'll take you home now". "Twenty-five seats, given to orphans. Perfect. Now my nightmare is complete". Could be right. Need confirmation from Human. George
  10. I know I've seen those lines before, but I'm not clicking on the movie. George
  11. I imagine it was in Nashville somewhere, but I don't really know the show or the venue. George
  12. The Avengers (I can still hear that bass trombone). "Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, a tale of a fateful trip..." George
