  1. An interesting theory. I NEVER spend that much time analyzing my entertainment (save looking for "Easter eggs" in a super-hero show); but it's cool that you (and Mrs. Wolf) do. George
  2. Shakespearean, perhaps. Not one of the Henrys. Lumley sort of throws a wrench into this, but if male actors can play female Shakespearean parts, there's no reason she can't play a man. Macbeth? George
  3. Adrienne Barbeau The Swamp Thing Louis Jourdan George
  4. Sorry, amigo. This one REALLY doesn't ring any bells. George
  5. Pssst...Human. Don't look now, but this is Name That Flick, not Three movies... or Movie Mash-up. George
  6. Liam Neeson. I don't know about GONY, but I know he's in the other two. George
  7. I know he wasn't in the ROTN movies. The only actors I remember from Hamburger are Randi Brooks, Debra Blee, and Dick Butkus. I thought he might have been in Hollywood Knights, but that wasn't right, either George
  8. Deezen always played a whiny geek. I know I've seen him in several B-movies, but I can't think of any titles. George
  9. I'm going to break my own two-week rule, because this transcends super-hero TV (and doesn't really give away any plot). So, I'm watching McGyver, and when Mac needs a distraction, his boss runs into a herd of soldiers screaming "This move is LEROY JENKINS!!!) Today, I'm watching Supergirl, and Brainy draws enemy fire, yelling "LEROY JENKINS!!" This is obviously more than a coincidence, so I looked up the term. Leroy Jenkins is apparently a berserker in World of Warcraft. (I've also seen it spelled LEEROY.) I guess I don't play enough video games. George
  10. They were, indeed! I passed on Humphrey Bogart, to make it a little more challenging. George
  11. Broadcast News Holly Hunter The Piano George
  12. I presume that the "classic" route would not involve Star Trek. Unfortunately, I can't think of such a movie, and so I'm going with the obvious: Star Trek IV: Save the Whales Catherine Hicks Peggy Sue Got Married George
  13. Ingrid Bergman Claude Rains Peter Lorre George
  14. Here are some more obvious ones: Jamie McPheeters Ronnie Gardner Steven Post Dexter Riley Bo Larsen Morgan Beaudine Elvis Presley Rudy Russo Drew Stephens Malcolm Anderson Jack Burton Dean Proffitt Gabriel Cash Stephen McCaffrey David Grant Snake Plissken Captain Ron Wyatt Earp Steve Stronghold Ego George
  15. Jamie McPheeters Ronnie Gardner Steven Post Dexter Riley Bo Larsen Morgan Beaudine Elvis Presley Rudy Russo Drew Stephens Malcolm Anderson Jack Burton Dean Proffitt Gabriel Cash Stephen McCaffrey David Grant George
  16. Most of these are 2-3 weeks old. I realize that WW is behind, but it gets to the point where he or you are several weeks behind on one or more shows before bingeing, so I never know when I can not spoil something. In this case, I didn't mention anything ABOUT the dopplegangers (including another one on Flash that I just remembered). Just making a point about the post-Crisis Arrowverse. Maybe we can set a two-weeks-past-first-US-showing quarantine (for each episode). After that, they're fair game. George
  17. So, let's see: Batwoman has doppelganger Beth/Alice Supergirl has doppelganger Winn Flash has doppelganger Iris (sort of) Legends has doppelganger Zari (or maybe just retcon Zari -- we haven't seen two of them yet) No doppelgangers (yet) on Black Lightning George
  18. On the other hand, I do seem to remember him in Glory Matthew Broderick Inspector Gadget George
