  1. I recognize the last two lines, but I couldn't tell you the title or artist. George
  2. Not yet, and no. This is not a live-action film. George
  3. You're sort of on the right track, but this was much more recent. George
  4. "Black. All important movies start with a black screen. And music. Edgy, scary music that would make a parent or studio executive nervous. And logos. Really long and dramatic logos." "What's the password?" "Iron Man sucks." "Why did you build this thing with only one seat?" "Because last I checked I only had one butt." "Were you looking at the old family pictures again?" "No, I wasn't!" "Sir, I have seen you go through similar phases in 2016 and 2012 and 2008 and 2005 and 1997 and 1995 and 1992 and 1989 and that weird one in 1966." "I have aged phenomenally!" George
  5. You are correct. Humorously, when the cast would come out for bows at the end of each taping, Earl Hindman ("Wilson") would always hold a small piece of fence in front of his face (with the exception of the final show). You're up, Human. George
  6. This will be far too easy, but I loved the show. Other than a couple of "so-and-so was originally slated to play [featured role]", there isn't a lot of good trivia out there on it. On episodes containing a show-within-a-show, the studio audience of the "pretend" show was the studio audience of the real show. The last US broadcast network sitcom to be videotaped. The iconic neighbor, whose whole face is never seen, was based on the star's childhood memories, where he was too short to see over the fence. George
  7. Donald Pleasance The Great Escape James Garner George
  8. Jessica Tandy Driving Miss Daisy Dan Aykroyd George
  9. Could it be "Frasier"? It was still on in 2004, and Kelsey Grammer played the role for about 20 years. However, his "ex-wife" was Lilith, who did not, as far as I know, portray a "Nanny G." Still, it's my best guess. (Maybe one of Grammer's real life exes was Nanny G?) George George
  10. I was afraid I was going to have to exclaim something like "Neptune's beard!" "The Poseidon Adventure" is correct. George
  11. Name the actor: Henry Sikorsky "Sleepy" Bill Burns Harold March Lou Russo George
  12. Something just occurred to me. If a mute person is asked (or decides) to speak in tongues and interpret, one would assume that the interpretation would be the standard sign language he's accustomed to. It's the speaking (signing) in tongues part that gets tricky. Would it all be finger-spelled? I don't know how many sign languages there are, but I would guess that most use very similar (if not identical) signs for the same words. Is that true? If so, signing in tongues and interpreting would be like speaking in British English and interpreting in American English. Has anyone here been in a meeting with mute manifestations? George
  13. Christopher Lee? (I ALMOST said Christopher Plummer.) George
  14. Ernest Borgnine Stella Stevens Red Buttons Roddy McDowall Gene Hackman Shelley Winters Carol Lynley Pamela Sue Martin Jack Albertson Arthur O'Connell George (This was a BIG box-office hit.)
  15. If you're caught up with Arrow, you've probably been surprised by the secret identity of at least one of the characters. If you're not caught up, get with it! The rest of the DC CW-verse gets goofier by the day. George

  17. Alan Rickman? (I know he played Rasputin once.) George
  18. I first thought of GW ("Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother"), but his character's name was Sigerson Holmes, not Mycroft. I suppose we'll need another role or two... George
  19. No real idea. I'll try "Talladega Nights" (?) George
  20. It's that guy from "Elementary." Or, is it the guy from "Sherlock"? Either way, I don't know his name. George
