  1. You scamp! ;) George Correct. Johnny Depp joined the show, not counting on its popularity, and eventually bailed (but appeared as an old undercover cop in the 2012 movie). Holly Peete was the only member to last throughout the show. George
  2. Agreed. Unfortunately, even with the casts given, I don't recognize any of the films. I'm sure I'll recognize at least some of the titles. George
  3. I think two of the Barrys are time-remnants who, according to this TV show, are autonomous, and go back in time, one to save Nora, the other to stop him. The third Barry is actually Jay Garrick of Earth FOUR, who has no idea why he's there. Seriously, thinking about this stuff too hard makes my head hurt. I'm just going to enjoy the ride. Before next fall, though, I suggest you buy or rent the DVD "Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox." (It's a lot easier than buying all of the comics. The cartoon stayed pretty faithful.) They probably won't cross this over with Arrow, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a visit from the Legends of Tomorrow. George
  4. Although I refer to "the main star" of this show, it really had an ensemble cast. Most went on with varying defrees of success, but one became a BIG star. He appeared in a cameo role in the movie version of the TV show. The main star of this show did not want to work on a television series but agreed to a six-year contract only because he did not believe the show would last more than one season. He also found it difficult to turn down the money and the chance to work with Frederic Forrest. But the show became a huge success, mostly due to his presence. By the third season, he was chafing at having to stay with the show, instead of accepting various film offers. He began to complain about the scripts and often gave listless performances. With the help of his lawyers, he was released from his contract and left the show after the fourth season. The show ran six seasons. Only one actor remained through all six. George
  5. I say, middle of next season. As for Jesse, though, it depends on how much Earth-Two we get. It seems as though everyone from earths other than 1 are leaving the show. George
  6. I may bop in here to see what you guys are writing, but I have studiously avoided pretty much every zombie show (and vampire show and werewolf show). I do admit to enjoying "Supernatural," but I don't think it's particularly germane to this thread. :) George
  7. Actually, when he went back the first time to stop it, didn't another version of him wave himself off? George
  8. Good news: Flash season finale makes up for previous episode. But next season -- Flashpoint? George
  9. Christopher Lloyd Star Trek 3: The Search for Spock John Larroquette George

  11. Good news: Supergirl picked up by CW for next season. Bad news: end of last week's Flash. :( George
  12. Creator Mariel Hemmingway Star 80 George
  13. Well, I doubt there was anything DEMONIC in BK, but there WAS buckle swashing. George
  14. This one will be easy. A talking horse introduces several acts on his weekly variety show, including a talking puppet mouse. George
  15. WordWolf is correct. About the first minute and a half of "lyrics" is variations of "Chaka Khan." I really started to hate that song when the DJ at my favorite nightclub would play it about once an hour. George
  16. Let me tell you what I wanna do I wanna love you Wanna hug you Wanna squeeze you too Let me take you in my arms Let me fill you with my charms George
  17. "Homeward Bound" by Simon and Garfunkle. George
  18. Raf is undoubtedly alluding to "Leonard, Part 6," starring Bill Cosby, whose transgressions, if we are to believe the numerous allegations, were on a par with VPW's. Is the answer "Leonard Part Six Million Dollar Man"? George
  19. Given Human's earlier response, I'll say he had it first. George
  20. The second half has to be "The Six Million Dollar Man." Can't think of the movie, though. George
