I don't think there's a current show I watch that's been around for ten seasons. "Smallville" went ten seasons, and the lyrics seem to fit, but I'm sure that's not it (and it's been off the air for about five years). George

This was a bit of a stretch, but it IS movie trivia. Marni Nixon. With all of her uncredited voice work, she was dubbed "The Ghostest with the Mostest." She actually appears in "The Sound of Music," as one of the nuns. FREE POST George

It is, indeed. When thinking about how Summer Glau goes from show to show, portending its demise, it reminded me of a Night Gallery episode where a guy figures out that he's the "Flying Dutchman," as he goes from the Lusitania to the Titanic, to the Andrea Doria... :) George

Sort of like Mr. Ed in a garage. Wasn't his mom reincarnated in the car, or some such? Dushku was the main star of Dollhouse. Glau showed up later. Warehouse 13 is a FUN show. OK. After she killed SCC, she jumped to Dollhouse, killing it after four episodes (it was in its second season). She then starred in The Cape, which made about a half season. She joined Alphas in its second season, ending its run. Any wonder that I worry about Arrow? WordWolf is up. George PS: There are a number of ways to find out that your favorite sci-fi show has been cancelled. A common one is to see the stars become regulars on other shows (e.g., Sanctuary's stars appearing on Falling Skies and Supernatural). Another is to find out by watching The Big Bang Theory (the cancellation of Alphas was a major focus of one episode.) Another is to find out in a friend's Christmas letter. The daughter of one of my friends is in the crew of Warehouse 13, so I found out last December that it was going bye-bye.

It was actually Joey Bishop that tipped me off. It is often thought that this woman dubbed Julie Andrews's voice in "The Sound of Music." She did not, but DID dub Deborah Kerr in "The King and I," Audrey Hepburn in "My Fair Lady," part of Marilyn Monroe's singing in "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," and both Natalie Wood and Rita Moreno in "West Side Story." Her work was mostly uncredited; in a couple of instances, the actresses didn't even know they were voiced over. George

I never know about Cesar Romero's mustache, until much later, also. DC comics has a new comic out, "Batman '66," based on the TV show, with reasonable likenesses of the cast. In Joker close-ups, you can see the white mustache! George

It would have been easy to get that impression, as it was released after the show began airing, but that was not the original intent. George

The first Star Trek movie aired a decade AFTER the show. I don't remember a Brady Bunch movie (except some made-for-TV things). It's hard to do much more without being VERY obvious. One actor refused to shave his mustache, so he wore makeup over it. George

Summer Glau has appeared in five sci-fi/fantasy shows. None of them survived two full seasons with her in the cast. (Most didn't make one.) Can you name them? George PS. She now has a recurring role in "Arrow," which does not bode well for the show.
