  1. "Julia" starred Diahann Carroll as a single mom (and a nurse, I think), around 1970. George
  2. Two MULES for Sister Sara, Ara Parseghian, head coach of the Fighting Irish for many years. I'm pretty sure I know yours, but I'll let someone else have some fun. George
  3. You're going to hate yourself! George
  4. I could barely even see the fellows sauntering in the background, but the smithy's melody reminds me of S.L. and O.H. George
  5. I'll assume I was right and post this: George
  6. I'll guess the original series episode "A Taste of Armageddon." At least, it DID involve a diplomat. George
  7. And this is the line that touched me the most from the show: "Don't you NEVER say that! You'll ALWAYS be my little girl!" George
  8. Actually, they weren't. So what did YOU think the answer was? George
  9. I'd never heard of Mos Def, much less knew what he looked like. But now I assume the show is "America's Most Wanted." George And I shouldn't speak for Raf, but if he thought the second pic was P. Diddy, then "P.I" made sense for the last two pics. If the first pic was a "great" Roman, then "Magnum" wasn't too out there, either.
  10. I should have stuck with "Traxx." Allen Tudyk Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story Gary Cole George
  11. "Suicide Kings"? George P.S. I always thought Lee Meriwether was pretty hot. Loved her in the Time Tunnel and Barnaby Jones, though I preferrrrred Julie Newmar as Catwoman!
  12. This show has been done before, but this quote is what got me to watch the show regularly. (Besides, we've already had "Laugh-in" three times!) "Equal to me? You're not even equal to HIM!" George
  13. "Why, he just jumped up and kept right on goin'!" One of the funniest "Adventures of Superman." George
  14. Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd. "Trading Places." George
  15. I think a regular MacDonald's hamburger was 28 cents. I used to get a gift certificate in the mail for my birthday (until I was 12!) that was good for a hamburger, an order of fries (there was only one size), or a milk shake. We always opted for the shake, since it was the most expensive choice, probably 45 cents! George
  16. The "hereafter" quote sounds familiar, but I'm going to need more... George
  17. I think Dorian Gray was a guy... George
  18. How would you like five across your lips? I think Waysider knew it's "Sanford and Son." George
  19. I got this link today in an e-mail. It's a nice reminder of a bygone era: The 60's George And I still don't know what college band was on Sudo's clip.
  20. How about "Encounter at Farpoint," then. The second line could be Riker with Data in the holodeck. George
