  1. Next Generation. I don't remember the title, but one of the cadets from "The First Duty" has been posted on the Enterprise. Picard gives her a hard time. Worf "teaches her a lesson" by having her fight blindfolded, ending in the exchange quoted. She winds up being picked for a secret mission, during which she is captured (and killed?) by the Cardassians. George
  2. I guess the problem with all this "intertwining" is that if you never cared for C, S, N, OR Y, you won't get any of them. George
  3. Correct. (Monk was on the phone with a 911 operator helping him change a baby. "Is it number one or number two?" "Ahhhgh! It's number THREE!") Go, Dreamy One. George
  4. "Do you have disinfectant wipes?" "Yes, I have 200." "That should be enough." "NO. IT ISN'T!" George
  5. I can think of a lot of shows where a Dad might say that to his kid, but none of them are set in New York. "The Cosby Show"? George
  6. Tom's subtle hints notwithstanding, I have no idea. George
  7. Yep. My favorite touch was the Enterprise "riding off into the sunset" at the end of the episode. Go, WW! George
  8. I say you give it to the little lady. It's actually "For What It's Worth," one of thse songs whose title is nowhere to be found in the lyrics. George
  9. I really enjoyed that clip, Sudo! With the possible exception of "Pennies from Heaven," when Steve Martin was in his "what movie genre can I imitate THIS time" phase, has anything like this been done in the last 30 years? Eyes, Bluzeman? Oh, yeah, NOW I see them! Just a poor scan, I imagine. For those who are still in the dark (and care to know), Ursula Andress, Linda Evans, and Bo Derek were all married to photographer/filmmaker John Derek. (As a subheading, he also photographed all three for Playboy.) On the set of "10," when Julie Andrews was told that Bo was John's new wife, she replied, "That makes 30!" :D George
  10. Valeria Golino Hot Shots Lloyd Bridges George
  11. "I'm beginning to see the appeal of this program." "What are his rights in this century? Is there a trial... or shall I execute him?" George
  12. It's "Kon-Tiki," but that's close enough. George
  13. Dreamer is correct. (HOG + GUN + ZEROES) George
  14. That's one way of putting it..... :B) George
  15. I'm not much for posting tunes, but I can handle pics! What do these three women have in common (other than the obvious)? George
  16. Yeah, Dude! Happy Birthday! And how ARE you feeling these days? George
  17. "Bus Stop" by the Hollies. I don't know about this "intertwining" stuff, though this is roughly from the same era: Pumped a lot of 'tane down in New Orleans. George
  18. THOREAU + DOME is a good puzzle for "The Road Home." I hadn't heard of the movie, or I might have got it. George
