  1. Here's another: Will you look at that! Look how she moves! It's like Jell-O on springs. Must have some sort of built-in motor or something. I tell you, it's a whole different sex! George
  2. With a ton of cable movie networks, I don't do the Netflix thing. For classic Marilyn, "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," "Bus Stop," and "The Seven Year Itch" are well known. I remember seeing "Let's Make Love" many years ago and thought it was excellent. I saw "It Happened One Night" (with Claudette Colbert's famous hitchhiking scene) during a baseball strike. (TBS was running movies in lieu of Braves games.) Clark Gable and Claudette had a marvelous chemistry. I tend to like oddball comedies. Not exactly classics (both are from the 80's), "Amazon Women on the Moon" and "Traxx" are hysterical. George
  3. Since Sharon is on vacation, try this oldie but goodie: Real diamonds! They must be worth their weight in gold! George
  4. It was about 68 and sunny here. We had all four kids, the grandson, the son-in-law, the fiance, and the fiancee in our little house, so there was a LOT of warmth. But your picture reminds me of LAST year's Christmas, with its record 12 inch snowfall. (It was a record for coastal Texas. I saw a LOT worse when I lived in Illinois and Boston.) God bless you, Sudo. God bless us, everyone. George
  5. Another clue: You magnificent bastard! I read your book! George
  6. Adam Sandler's "Hannukah Song"? George
  7. There's a fine line between "naughty" and "nice"! George
  8. I believe the line following the one you gave was: "I smoke them. HE Smokes them!" Anyway, here's my clue. Go on back down there. You're the only son of a bitch that seems to know what he's doing around here. George
  9. I've got to agree with Kathy on this one. George
  10. I know this was a Woody Allen film. I think it's "Bananas." George
  11. Rats! It hit me while I was eating dinner that the outfield fence signified "pi." The only movie that came to mind from that was "Pirates of the Caribbean." I presume the plant is carob, and the man is probably Orson Bean. I would have recognized him if the picture were from the '60's or 70's. You're up, Raf.
  12. I haven't any idea. Which means Raf will get it instantly. George
  13. I wouldn't have gotten it without Sharon's clue, though I was thinking along the lines of "Chicken Run" or "Animal Farm." Forget the fat lady. You're obsessed with the fat lady! George
  14. It sounds an awful lot like "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas," but I had to look up the singer's name (Gayla Peevey), certainly not a household name. George
  15. All right Rick. We've been very patient.... George
  16. My wife learned the folly of this statement, probably because when I say it, I mean it. George
  17. I suppose it WOULD have been better to take the lawsuit to full term, win the money from TWI, AND be able to go public with the results. I assume that you're not implying that it's wrong to accept compensation for abuses suffered. George
  18. Jack Lemmon was with Shirley MacLaine in "The Apartment." Shirley was with Peter Sellers in "Being There." Peter was with Deborah Kerr in "Casino Royale." I don't even know if this can be done, but see if you can connect William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy without using ANY Star Trek movies or shows. George
  19. "Batman" Thomas Wayne: Martha, let's take Bruce to a movie tonight. Martha: I'm too tired. Let's stay in and watch TV. George
  20. The file size is meant when it says the picture is "too large." Depending on the format, the same size (area) pictures may have vastly different file sizes. Bitmaps (BMP) are notoriously large; JPEGs are much smaller, file-size-wise. George
