Kathy That's not colder, but COLD!!! I've been freezing my butt off, especially since it was 70 back home today. Knowing how close the Dungy family is and how much they value their relationship with God, I know that in this time of extreme grief that they will pull together and be comforted by family and friends. Though I don't know the Dungy family personally, I have seen Tony at church while he was coach down in Tampa, since 1 Buc Place was right across the street from Without Walls and know of his devotion to God. I pray that the family can somehow make sense of this and find some kind of comfort that some day they will see James in heaven. Moony

This is moony. I'm up in Ohio spending Christmas with Ted. Just wanted to say Merry Christmas to all my friends here. By the way, before I came up here I prayed for a heat wave so that I wouldn't freeze to death. I hope that all you that are up here will forgive me for the melting snow. :huh: I'll be going back south tomorrow, so y'all can have all the cold weather you want then. :P

Karen Carpenter one of the all time great female pop singers .It is just a matter of time until her songs and music will be brought to the forefront again. Much like what happened with Patsy Cline that has sold many more recordings (millions)over 40 years later than when she was alive. If any of you do songs for weddings one that is still at the top of the list for the young and old alike is We've Only Just Begun. I have told a few female singers that they should listen and learn from the smooth way and style that Karen had of delivering a song. She understood the lyric 's and convinced you she did. I recently coached a young lady that sings very well but she thought her voice was not that good so I played for her Sing a song make it simple to last the whole day long Don't worry that is not good enough for anyone else to hear Just sing sing a song Good sound advice for all including me God Bless Ted F.

Hi All Yes we did have some good times almost thirty yeras ago..My JN family always gave their all in all and forever they will have a special place in my heart . I would like to share with you an update about The White House Across The Street. About two years ago Chatty Kathy and I were doing some recording work together and Kathy had wriitten a song poem about a mother that had a son in the army overseas and the mother had just received a letter saying he was coming home for Thanksgiving I wish you all could hear it cause your Chatty did a super rendition. Chatty Kathy and I got to talking how we should send her song along with The White House Across The Street to President Bush .I made up a CD and Kathy mailed it to the President.I told her most likely we will not get a reply .But at least we sent it. Lo and behold a couple of months later we received an official document from The White House signed personaly by Pres.Bush thanking us for our thoughtfulness.The doucument has the offical White House gold seal and was sent in a flat envolpe made for framing. It now hangs in my recording studio Kathy also has a copy This blessed us a lot that The President Of The United States responded to our heart felt efforts .
