  1. - I am asking you very nicely to leave me alone - I do not like your tone or comments or aggressive behavior and making false statements about me - I do not wish to hold a conversation with you - Just leave me alone
  2. - Please go find someone else to harass
  3. - My mileage most likely varies because I drive vehicles with internal combustion engines - Not external combustion engines like yours
  4. - Yes I am very familiar with the Socratic method - And haven't you ever heard of Socratic Sarcasm ? - Your claims of errors provide no proofs just allegations - As your beloved Socrates said: "When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser." - It is up to me if I wish to or not to spend time addressing every attack towards me - I spend time addressing the most important things - I choose my battles wisely - You may or may choose to do so, and your mileage may vary - If you care to engage me in mutually-profitable debate, you will need to do so carefully - Not by sloppily slinging handfuls of mud in my direction or making ridiculous statements - for example your statement that I have negated everything that Christ came to do - if I had that kind of power (which I assure you that I do not, contrary to your implication that I do) - I assure you that I would use that power for something much more beneficial than negating everything Christ came to do - I would use that power to help improve your communication skills
  5. Hey Chockfull, I agree with your comment about what if the Cat Woman has children, that is perfectly understandable and proper. Again, no problem with your post about "W" that lead me to some grief, it was not your fault and I am sure it was not your intention. By the way, I think it was someone else who asked he question about 'what public figure ever supported "Drambuie boy" as you call him, but I haven't gone back to check, it can be like navigating a maze getting to back to all the posts. Thank you also for your posts, I enjoy reading the posts of more well-reasoned and well-intentioned people here, if there were none, I would not spend much time here.
  6. Thank you WaySider Copyright Law is very complex, and copyright lawsuits complicated, I won't try to detail it here because it would consume too much forum electronic storage space, which costs money. There is plenty of information already easily and freely available on the subject But to summarize, if B.G. Leonard, or any of the other authors that the "Doctor" is accused of plagiarizing, did not formally or legally contest the plagiarism (some may not even have been aware of it), it does not necessarily mean that they gave permission for it to be plagiarized of course, and it does not make the plagiarism legal or lawful. If anyone has any documents showing that plagiarized authors either gave permission or contested the plagiarism, I would appreciate very much information as to where to see them. That anything stolen whether by plagiarism or mugging is stolen is an axiom, an obvious truth that does not have to be explained. But if the original author does not contest plagiarism (documents, anyone?), or if the muggee does not contest a mugging, both the plagiarism and the mugging victims are making a statement. In one case, the statement may be, it wasn't worth my time for $5. In the other case, the statement may be "I don't want to waste time on that, I have more important things to do." Or could it have been that the plagiarism increased the sales of publications by B.G. Leonard, and he was happy about it but told no one? I do not know. Or that B.G. Leonard was glad that his ideas were spread at someone else's expense. Or that he was flattered, as in the axiom "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I don't know. The possibilities are endless. Thus, in search of documented information, not in search of criticism of my question, I ask my valid question again, hopefully to receive proper replies: "Does anyone know if there are documents available that show that any of the original authors contested the plagiarizing of their texts that the "Doctor'" has been accused of plagiarizing?" I would appreciate any straight answers to my question as opposed to criticisms of my question. I have never combined soup and apple butter together to see how they taste, but if I did, I would probably just call it soup and apple butter. I did put a little ketchup on some chocolate ice cream once just out of curiousity as to how it might taste, and was actually pleasantly suprised at the tangy zing that the small amount of ketchup added to the chocoloate ice cream, which I called: Chocolate ice cream with a little bit of ketchup.

Thank you WaySider, for making a positive contribution of value to the discussion. I wonder how 'The Johnson Amendment' applied to Billy since he was so heavily involved with politicians...
  8. Question: Does anyone know if there are documents available that show that any of the original authors contested the plagiarizing of their texts that the "Doctor'" has been accused of plagiarizing?
  9. MRAP, I couldn't have said it better than you did in your post, which perfectly described my first experience when I first signed on last week, and was within a few days kicked off the site for a day for vigorously defending myself against personal attacks disguised as comments/questions. Even after the block was lifted, and I came back, the same thing happened again (attacks), until I took some action, and then the attacks seem to subsided. Or perhaps they subsided because I made one very strong post "The Way of The Way". Either way, the attacks have subsided, but if they come back, I will defend myself, although perhaps in way that does not feed the attacker's starving egos, which like feeding undomesticated animals, only brings them back again and again to see what is available for them to gorge themselves on, with little cost to themselves, but at great costs to others. MRAP wrote: "That's how I see this forum. Amazing, the instant attacks, not based on what has been said......*.....but on who said it. The attacks don't address the subject matter nearly as much as the attacks on the person who said it." * "...the off shoots..." deleted as not germane to my point, with apologies to MRAP
  10. Yes, ego affects our ability to use our imagination that God the Father has built into us, which is almost limitless. Imagine yourself to be God for just a moment. There. See how easy that is to do? So it is easy for people to build up their own ideas in their own minds to such a point that their ideas seem perfect, even worshipable, but then when those ideas are bought to life into the physical world and are presented to many other people, the many other people many times do not think so highly of those same ideas. Just ask the guy who pushed for the Iridium project idea, a world-wide 66-satellite system to make satellite phone service available anywhere in the world, an idea he conceived just because his wife complained once that when she was overseas she could not reach him in the U.S. by phone. That $5,000,000,000 (BILLION DOLLAR) project, once completed, quickly within a few months began its fast, fiery descent into crash-and-burn status when it became clear that very few people wanted to spend $3000 for a satellite phone that would not work inside a car or house. It seemed like a great idea when it was in the conceiver's mind. Thus the need for test marketing, but not with your closest family and friends who might be yes-men, but with the end market itself, to see if the end market is even interested. If they are not, the idea may just be only a great idea that should just stay just an idea. But when one is playing with other people's money, the restraint and self-control that one would have when playing with their own money is not there. In a very real way, the disgraced 2nd President was the first President's right-hand man just like the most beautiful highest archangel was God's right-hand "man". God described his right-hand archangel as: "full of wisdom and perfect in beauty" (Notice how wisdom is stated first. It is first in importance, not beauty). But God's feelings about his right-hand archangel changed when the archangel began to "strut his stuff" by convincing the angels under his command to participate in an overthrow of God. God then said of the archangel: "Thine heart was lifted up because of they beauty, thou has corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground." (In other words, eat dust). Notice how in the 1st scripture quote, wisdom is stated first. Beauty comes second. But notice how in the 2nd scripture quote, beauty is stated first, putting wisdom in second place. When beauty comes before wisdom, things go downhill fast. Was the first sin self-worship, which leads to envy, which creates narcissism, which leads to believing that one is God-like, until one trips and falls flat on their face. And tastes dust. That is also why God chose words, not pictures, to communicate his ideas, because pictures cannot communicate ideas as precisely as words. Words are a masculine form, pictures are a feminine form. (Both words and pictures are actually images, but words can be much more precise than pictures). Words must reign over pictures, and wisdom must reign over beauty, and even over dance productions. May you have this dance? Only if you have wisdom first.
  11. I appreciate your interest Jaydee but it's not ready for prime time!
  12. I have also, but not way-related :)
  13. Yes JayDee, if you look at Penworks' profile it has a link to her website where you can see her book You can even download the first chapter for free and read it Thanks WaySider
  14. Maybe so, but Lee Meriwether was #1 in my book :)
  15. "You're right. That "cat woman" may not be the one I'm thinking of. Also, I've published a book using my real name so stating my real identity here is no big deal to me. My own website, too, is public." ---------- You're right Charlene, sorry I didn't think about that I guess as an author, you would want to have your name out there We may never know who the Cat Woman was, would be interesting to know her story (The Cat That Danced?)
  16. Yeah, the original Cat Woman Lee Meriwether was the cat's meow ;)
  17. Twinky, I haven't done curling or lawn bowliing (I don't even like bowling), but I might enjoy lawn bowling for fun I was very surprised at how engrossed I became in the Curling finals, it was so absorbing like a life and death duel to the end The Slalom is the most grueling sport I have seen so far on the Olympics this season The craziest thing I saw was the speed skater (I think he was south Korean) who fell down and then actually grabbed another skater's skate apparently in an attempt to trip him up, unbelievable!
  18. Hi Spectrum49, I just found this thread by browsing the site I agree with your basic premise that there is a correlation between the natural world and the supernatural world Basic logic: God (supernatural spirit) created the heavens and the earth (natural), which correlates the natural and supernatural But I see Genesis 1:16 ~ (TWO great lights, not one Great Light, but one Light is Greater) "And God made two great lights; the Greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also." Greater Light (Rules Day) = Sun lesser light (rules night) = moon fits more naturally with the scriptures as they are written: SUN / MOON GOD / LAMB (Jesus Christ) "And the city had no need of the SUN, neither of the MOON, to shine in it: for the glory of GOD did lighten it, and the LAMB is the light thereof." ~ Revelation 21:23 (CAPS for easier viewing of correlation) (By the way, the quote of Rev 21:23 in your original post omits a few very important words, including the word God, which affects the conclusion) So: There are 2 Great lights according to Genesis 1:16 But one is a Greater Light Logic (Logos): TWO great lights ONE is the Greater Light The Sun is Greater than the Moon The Sun is the Greater Light The Moon is lesser than the Sun The Moon is the lesser light God is Greater then Jesus Jesus is lesser than God So I cannot see Jesus being The Great Light Both God and Jesus are Great Lights But Jesus is the lesser light God is The Greater Light Just to let you know, my interest on this particular idea will not sustain very long, drawn out posts or conversations I prefer to see the principal points & scriptures I do follow the principle of Occam's Razor God Bless
  19. I had always thought of Curling as very boring 'sport', akin to shuffleboard But yesterday I watched the last hour of the finals as the U.S. was inching towards winning the gold, although I care nothing for the political affiliations of athletes I was mesmerized by the tension, the focus, the concentration, the slow-motion movements of the guy carefully sliding the curling stone towards its goal, the frenetic, and the exasperating movements of the guys with the brooms frantically guiding the ever-so-slow moving stone to its final destination Watching the dedication of the athletes caused me to quickly gain a respect for it as a 'sport', it is very slow, but very physical...funny, basketball, baseball, and football bore me Curling is not like the grueling physicality of the Slalom, but I gained a respect for curling today, the game felt like a life and death struggle Very different from the fast-paced coordination of a couple doing ice dancing, very graceful, beautiful, awesome coordination of steps and movements

BTW, if you ever get a chance to see comedian Dennis Swanberg doing one of his performances live, I recommend going I saw him once and his impersonation of Billy Graham is eerily realistic, I mean everyone in the audience got so quiet you could hear a feather drop It literally sounded like Billy Graham was there in person, was an experience to hear the great preacher's voice, even though I don't agree with some of his doctrinal beliefs Dennis was hilarious with his stories and his impersonation of Barney Fife were extremely realistic, like Fife was ther in the auditorium You can see some videos of Dennis on YouTube, but they don't compare to the experience of hearing him in person

WaySider, Thank you for posting the link to the Rolling Stone Billy Graham article I had not seen it
  22. So_Crates, I saw the AOS video again at the link you sent me, thanks I had seen that video before I did not see a Cat Woman or a woman dressed as a cat And the only face I could see was the one of the woman dressed in Red, with black hair, all other faces were covered with costumes But I could not tell you if the one face I could see belonged to the Cat Woman of the cafeteria, could have been, don't know
  23. Funny, 2 days ago, this past Thursday, on ABC-TV's all-female national tv show "The View", 2 of the female co-hosts admitted and detailed live on air how they STALKED the men who became their HUSBANDS!! And they laughed and laughed about it!!! That episode of the show is located at the ABC-TV website here: http://abc.go.com/shows/the-view
  24. Ok thanks So_Crates, although I do not see an arrow, I do see that the words AOS: Someone Please MSTie This are actually a link and I can see the video, I believe I have seen that video before (or is the memory in my mind of seeing the actual production in person, which I did see?) I will view the video again Some memories can change over time...
  25. Ok, thank you HAPe4me, and thank you for your welcome back, hopefully this one will last more than a couple of days
