  1. And just to be sure. Check my source: Ohio Secretary of State The Chimes Hour Youth Caravan, Incorporated did not exist until 10/30/1947 They then on 10/24/1955 changed their name to The Way, Inc. It wasn't until 06/26/1974 that they actually used the name the way international So at best, and I will concede this one point before I continue, they did not come into existence until 10/30/1947. With that said: In 1947 their purpose for existence from their own articles of incorporation stated: This was changed in 1955 to: Whew....looks like Victor hired a lawyer. So notwithstanding all the legalese, I am willing to concede that at best the purpose of "Biblical research, teaching, and fellowship" was not their purpose until 1955. Even though education and research are not synonymous. I sure see a lot of justification for holding property and money with stated right to do whatever needs to be done their property; and whatever needs to be done with their money as their purpose. And of course to send people out and ordain. And of course to conduct camps. All of this to ask the question. Where did the idea/slogan that the way international is a "Biblical research, teaching, and fellowship ministry come to play? Surely it was an afterthought. And the fact that they celebrate their anniversary each year the first Sunday in October at the prevailing word auditorium to celebrate xx number of years of biblical research, teaching, and fellowship goes to show the deceit the way uses to appear legitimate and to cover the fact the Victor Paul Wierwille was a full time pastor in Paine, Ohio in 1942! Talk about moonlighting! Their own website says in the About Us section: To which I reply "You are lying." In 1942 you provided radio or personal appearances. It wasn't until 1955 that you stated anything even remotely similar as your purpose of existence, and furthermore you did not officially exist in any form until 1947. So you are lying about being "founded in 1942" as your website states. Enough babbling and I hope this isn't too boring. After years of having the slightest error I made reproved harshly, after years of being told how IMPORTANT details are, I find their hypocrisy sickening.
  2. I appreciate the encouraging words. Thanks!
  3. She passed away. Really, I wish them the best. Strange how I can feel that way when neither of them would ever have anything to do with me again.
  4. Wanda Wierwille and Howard Allen are engaged.....now, please stay calm and proceed back to whatever you were doing.
  5. Thanks! I agree and that would be honest but who would expect honesty from the way international.
  6. Can someone tell me how the way international reckons it's anniversary? Is it from the 1942 promise?
  7. Being in-residence is akin to being incarcerated. We were told everything - where to be, how to dress, we had no choice in our food, told what to read, what to listen to, when we could leave grounds (with the first 8 weeks or so being locked down entirely. Afterwards, we could only leave grounds for a couple hours on Saturdays,) had to ask permission to see a doctor and you could expect to be denied, were not allowed to goto the dentist except on relocation, had to check a list that we flossed daily, had to check a list that we exercised, had to check a list that we were at the STS phone hookup, were not allowed to mingle with the staff, and the list could go on. Oh and one more thing. As soon as we arrived in-residence they immediately inspected all of our belongings to make sure we had our names on all of our belongings. If you were married you could expect to stand by and watch someone inspect your wife's panties that they were labeled and most likely it would be a man that inspected them. This happened to several couples I was in-residence with. Though the husbands were infuriated they lacked the courage to say anything except to b!tch in private. I HATED it. I nearly quit numerous times and in retrospect I wish I had. It was the longest most wasted two years of my life. The curriculum is completely bogus. The bulk of the class time was spent taking the way of abundance and power series complete with exams. What a sham what a scam. I was told I was in an accredited program only to find out the state of Colorado gives no recognition to my degree. My advice to anyone reading this who is thinking about the way corps is run like h3ll before you wind up with 4 lost years dedicated to a bogus program.
  8. Their re-search is like re-fried beans as well.
  9. Bumped so I can finish reading and also that Mrs. OldSkool can locate.
  10. It seems they are a testimony to Wierwille's failure and incompetence. Rosie and the gang are his proteges. After working for them a couple years I really began to understand they have no idea what they are doing. Their compass is what their beloved Dr. Wierwille did and his heart behind the decisions. There is no forward vision and they are ok with downsizing. Example: During placements (a few years ago) Rosalie lectured the cabinet about how she had no problem having Advanced class grads run sections and even departments at HQ...why you may ask? Because Dr. Wierwille used to do it. Never mind all the people who were demoted and trampled so way corps could replace them many years ago and/or other issues I could bring up. Of course the real problem is the dismal lack of participation in all things way international, not who does what. It was such a short sited solution because they couldn't get way corps to come to HQ and at the same time they didn't have enough advanced class grads to staff open positions. So what did they do? Eliminate positions via attrition and consider promoting advanced class grads who were willing to do the jobs the way corps wouldn't. Oh, I almost forgot. She blamed the cabinet for there not being enough peolple to fill all the open positions.
  11. She has been fully assimilated into the Borg. And not to mention Joe is about as party line as they come.
  12. And the cool thing is - today he is not getting away with it. He is exposed and the way international is paying the price in low numbers and stagnation.
  13. Oh come now, why wouldn't you want reproof and correction?
  14. Makes sense to me and the history is much appreciated. They make Wierwille out to be such a godlike figure that (to hear the way international tell it) he was planned and methodical in everything he did. And he left us this great store house of truth to steward. I mean afterall, he did the work so we don't have to. Too bad the real historical truth accounts for him as a self serving stumble bum who was very ramdom in his actions and who really knows why he did what he did when he did it.
  15. Now they run most of the in-rez program at HQ (unless it moved back - can someone verify?) in Ohio and run the degrees through Colorado. Reason? Ohio has a lot stricter requirements for accreditation than Colorado. Camp Gunnison, Inc. is accredited with Religious Authorization from Colorado. Except the kicker is the degrees are absolutely worthless because Colorado gives the degrees no state recognition. And of course the way international are not honest about the degrees being worthless. I heard over and over again that they were accredited and they had degree granting status. They just conveniently leave out the little tid bit that the state of Colorado gives the degrees they grant no state recognition. <_< source: Scroll down to Camp Gunnison, Inc.
  16. Rosie started doing international leadership training each year since it became harder for folks to get into the country. Camp gunnison....I hate that place. I would never do a vacation there. I guess running the campus and having only 5 people in-residence didn't make sense? Oh, and let's not forget they have hardly anyone who wants to go on staff. Solution! Bring the in-rez way corpse back to HQ. They get free labor that way. I can only imagine that camp gunnison is still not paying for itself.
  17. Whoah! <_< Oh, don't get me started. During my time in-residence while assigned housekeeping I was "fully instructed" on the proper way to put the paper on the spool and especially how to do the all important courtesy fold.
  18. OMG! Those meetings were the absolute worst. I will never forget L!nd@ C0ult3r's "sharing" on bowel movements and how one indication of good fiber intake is a nice s shape left behind in the bowl.
  19. Rosalie had that painted. The official story was it was too expensive to have it redone. I think the unofficial story is they probably ran off the talent to do it for free or cheap on the clock.
  20. These meetings are still required and attendance is taken. Yep - way corpse at HQ report to the auditorium, find their name on a list, and check it off. Way corpse on the field report in via the way tree.
  21. Mittler has already been deep sixed by Rozilla. DeLisle has been the longest running director/officer under Rosie to date. He is a pretty mousy little dude so no wonders there.
  22. Skyrider, I tried to PM you and the forums said you couldn't receive any new messages. Whoah.........he is working as a collection agent: NCSplus Harve made the mistake of having his own point of view and being dumb enough to voice them. Normally that would be expected of a VP.
  23. Since I am out of the loop and knowing John's proclivity for being a major suck up, he probably will weasel his way back into the good graces of the little old blue haired wrinkle, if he hasn't already.
