  1. Yeah, but with forked tongue. As long as one knew that then he was easy to deal with. He really is sort of a sad case. He knows better than to do what he is doing but also knows he will never make as much money as he is with the way international. Sad, to say the least. He is also sort of a chess player with Rosalie and ministry politics. I would have to say you could trust him right about as far as you could throw him. In spite of his shortcomings and the littered hi-way of lives he has had a hand in wreking ---- in spite of all of that. Somewhere underneath is a well meaning person. Honest. He would have done much better as an FBI agent than a minister.
  2. Thanks all for the kind words and encouragement!
  3. Lately, as I have been unraveling my old way international conditioned beliefs, I find myself scared at times. Scared that the world that was created for me by the way with all it's self delusion is not true. The insulation from evils, just believe big enough and they will go away - gone! The over-confidence from being so sure that I was right - gone! The inability to call a spade a spade because I should never make a negative confession - gone! And many other things along the same line. Waking up from this nightmare is better than being asleep and trapped in this insanity. I can deal with things for what they really are and hopefully avoid the harm inflicted on the self deluded.
  4. From: xAffinity for Windows "Re-search" in today's way international is handled in large part by president's publications, where there was (dunno if still the case but as of 2008) a Research Department headed by one person who happened to be the only person in the department. This person was on the cabinet, a department coordinator of another large and busy department and had very limited hours for any actual research. Guess they didn't want the old boy having too much time to actually think about anything to do with research very long. Now, President's Pub's main job, sometimes in conjunction with Way Publications is to compare anything headed for media to "proven ministry research." They are the rubber stamp arm of TWI. They compare everything with what's approved (mostly Wierwille's writings) and if they match, stamp em for approval by Rosalie. If not, work with author/presenter to have them remove contradictory content, receive revised content, and hopefully rubber stamp it for approval by Rosalie. Present day way international's practices concerning research all makes sense to me now. We have done all the work so you don't have to. We don't want you to use the research principles we stole from Bullinger, especially on Wierwille's works. We already have. All you need to do is obey, keep reading until you are convinced of what we tell you. Oh, and we don't keep an actual "research department" with educated researchers anymore. Been there, done that, and it was all bad. This is exactly what happens now. Untold hours spent validating present publications with "proven ministry research." Rubber stamp after mind numbing rubber stamp. This is RE-search in the way international. Wierwille is above question. His works, as sloppy and contradictory as the are, have been carefully edited - version after version - to sanitize them. Countless volumes of ramblings in class series such as University of Life were pulled years ago, never to see the light of day. I guess Craig pulled them so he could be top dog and Rosalie limits access to them because, frankly, they are an embarrassment. Thanks Charlene! You took a load off, and I am excited to read your full work upon completion.
  5. Getting rid of the way international's fingerprint on my life has not been a "natural" occurrence, something that just happened once I made it past the exit. Instead, it has been a process of discovery, soul searching, and a conscience effort to change my beliefs / behaviors from those programmed by a destructive cult to those that are allowing me to live a healthy life. At this stage I have not gone back to any religion. I stopped briefly to nose around two offshoots and once I smelled the stench of Wierwille in their brands I kept moving. For me the biggest, single point of release has come through reading and posting. Reading what other's have uncovered concerning Wierwille and sorting through my thoughts by typing them into the forums here at GSC. In fact, last week I ordered "Losing the Way" by Kristen Skedgell. Stringing chairs is something I learned on the field, and did all the way through my time in twi. Even in-residence we had long strings that stretched across the larger auditorium at Camp Gunnison so we could get all those chairs perfectly aligned. In-rez we used to argue on chair stringing techniques. All of those goof ball details and all of that time wasted squabbling about NOTHING! Wasted time in a wasted program that issues garbage degrees upon completion that are worth nothing.
  6. Shhhh....we can't sell as many classes when you let the cat out of the bag!
  7. Maybe I missed this before, but V2P2 is the President of SOWERS! Ok, I'm off to play All Hail the Chief on my Peruvian nose harp.
  8. Isn't this one of the old wow pins? Ok, I will reiterate my shock that the way has not sued SOWERS yet. I wonder if Rozilla is just too tired? Guess, little Victoid is into necromancy. Oh, Soers updated their website to announce the dates for the upcoming wow pinning, thus the pic. Anyone planning to go, I need a ride...see ya here there or in the air!
  9. I was thinking more of a pirate
  10. I think the way international removed those social boundaries with their own top leadership vulgarities. I remember during our advanced class picture staging LCM told dirty joke after dirty joke to a crowd of around 600. During Dr. Rollins class "A New Life," in between each session the emcee again hit us with a smattering of vulgar jokes. And not to mention it was always ok for people to put together a stream of cuss words that would make a sailor blush, especially if you were leadership. LCM may have been a sailor. I think the end result is that yet another boundary of common decency was smashed. And let's ignore the obvious scripture that talked about coarse jesting and filthy communication out of your mouth, etc. There's just no way that should apply to anyone. <_<
  11. Ehhh...whats a couple pesky laws. With any luck V2P2 will be locked up along way and can draw comparisons between himself and Paul of Tarsus. It would be a P.R. dream come true!!
  12. Got it, and thanks!! and .... :biglaugh: :biglaugh: I can see them passing out in proper context now. :sleep1:
  13. ROFLMAO! You will have to remind me via FB or PM who it was.
  14. Because they are coerced. Remember staff days? STS check in sheets at HQ and Gunnison? All of those are reported to Rosalie. Field people. I dunno. Wouldn't surprise me if they listen the same reason some folks mindlessly get up and goto Church, (I say some not all, some Churches are exciting) guilt based, religious obligation. Personally, the STS was painful. I was there live most Sundays and they were REALLY bad. I nodded off most Sundays. Towards the end I just quit going and stayed at home. Ya, a product so hot you have to brow beat participation.
  15. I hate camping enough that if it had not died out by the time I hit TWI my life may have worked out entirely different with TWI. And I wondered just who in the heck would join a SOWERS session anyway. Figures they would tap the largely nostalgic pool of CFF folks for that sort of thing. Oh, and recruiting young people. 101 from Vicster da Trickster's hand book. Oh, and putting them into very dangerous situations, such as hitch hiking across country. I am an able bodied, street wise, sort of individual and you would not catch me hitch hiking unless the I had NO other choice.
  16. And if you listen to Rozilla (which is ill advised) this is the reason they are no longer "considered" a cult. RIIIIIIIIGHT!
  17. Ok, I nearly spewed my coffee on that one!! :biglaugh: And thanks for the background. My very short time around Kevin/Wayne/CFF was pleasant and I believe them to be very well intentioned, loving, caring people. They have made some doctrinal distinctions from TWI but in the end still have to build on the foundation of Vpig. Between that and being pitched to work for them I had to make like a tree and leave. I wish them the best. We shall have none of that. It's a requisite to be done with logic upon graduation into the way corpse. Should there be logic applied, circular logic seems to work best to suit the board of dummies purposes.
  18. Ahhh! I did not know that but wrongly assumed that CFF was sort of running SOWERS in some way or another, like the way does camp gunnison. I have steered clear of CFF ever since I reconnected with an old friend from my TWI days who RELENTLESSLY endeavored to sell me CFF's class as the cure all for life's ills. Oh let me count the ways: - Out of touch - Arrogant - Benevolent dictators - "They" know what the sheep need week from week - Leadership have a special tap to God's keg of life - Rosie hates change - Rosie fights change - Rosie kills change I could continue. sorry for answering a rhetorical question...
  19. Nah, she HATES CFF. I'll never forget Linder going on about how "CFF was waiting at the doors trying to pick off anyone they could." Context? We were dealing (him harshly I might add, and on Rosie's bidding) with two kids who had committed the unforgivable sin of attending a CFF fellowship in Saint Mary's. Problem was the two kids (twenty somethings) we just telling folks around HQ about how great the fellowships were. Oh, and one of them was going on about things he had seen on GSC - like how Donna Martindale was going on about a plane crash victim meeting her demise as a direct result of her Dad, who was ex-clergy, leaving the way ministry. (I couldn't find the link.) Oh - found it! http://www.greasespotcafe.com/main2/audio-sound-clips.html www.greasespotcafe.com/main2/component/option,com_docman/Itemid,29/task,doc_download/gid,29/ There would be none of this. The kid perceived to be the bad seed was basically railroaded into quitting and the other kid left staff shortly after, but he was a reverend's son so was handled a lot more gently. I could elaborate, but all I need to say is this happened in the "kinder and gentler way international." They are more evil now that subtlety has been forced into their ways.
  20. I dunno enough about CFF to say. I mean their inner pipelines that feed their secret societies and such. I thought SOWERS was McMullen's group fronted by VPW. But I dunno..... ROFLMAO!
  21. Moderators. Do these guys deserve their own offshoot section yet? I don't wanna spam up the About the way section too bad.
  22. From: http://sowersonline.com/2012YoungAdultAdvance.aspx Did grandson Wierwille take his pappy seriously or something? When will the way international sue? I need some popcorn. These guys get bolder everyday. I bet some sort of smackdown will occur at some point if this keeps up!
