TWI ended up asking me for a settlement because they knew they were losing and had no case. The Way is indeed generic. TWI spent about $60,000 and had to pay the arbitrator to learn this lesson. :D--> Anyone need evidence of The Way being generic for a court case need only write me and I will make my research available.

For those of you interested in this lawsuit, it appears that the legal wrangling by TWI to delay the trial is about to to finally be over. What will be interesting is how much $ TWI offers to the Peelers to settle out of court, TWI's normal way of doing busines.TWI loves trials as Rozilla has stated as "they get the job done".....
