Spin and Grin

On the first Sunday of October each year, twi celebrates its anniversary........re-hashing and re-writing the wierwille legacy at this *65th* (cough, cough) anniversary for their followers. Again, the indoctrinational process will include claims like "we've been taught the word like it hasn't been known since the first century" and "thanks be to THIS ministry that has taught us the word" to hammer in these flat-out lies once more.

The Spin --- is the wierwille spin. First, foremost and always.......wierwille is the center of the celebration. If one were to count the number of times "wierwille" or "his ministry" or "pfal" is revered, it would strongarm any effort towards God's name and His Christ.

The Grin --- is the we-will-keep-this-facade-going-for-as-long-as-possible grin. Sure, the staff have smile and greet and usher........but then, its an extension of their job description of working at hq.

BUT...........the low ebb of twi followers show that there so NO HAPPY ABOUT IT.

And, if Jesus Christ were to attend, he would go to the Green Room and speak with twi's leaders and......his words would be woe unto you.

Matt. 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in [yourselves], neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

Matt. 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier [matters] of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Matt. 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

Matt. 23:27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [men's] bones, and of all uncleanness.

Matt. 23:29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous.

Hmmm. Besides the fountain and contents nearby, actually, they didn't bother with building the sepulchres.. just buried the prophets ashes in the woods..

It is ironic...................when one turns west off I-29 onto Wierwille Rd and travels about one mile to twi, the FIRST glimpse of twi one sees is A CEMETERY......yeah, housing dead mens' bones.

Oh, they call it "The Garden of Living Waters"...........BUT therein lies vic, harry & ermal. Of course, vpw got "top honors" and his gravesite is at the elevated point of the fountain.......yep, even in death, he made sure that his "elevated" spot was reserved for him.
