War of the Worlds was also a movie. That doesn't make it possible.
You mean that didn't really happen? I remember hearing about the radio show on Halloween and the terror that it caused. I guess sometime the media can be harmful.
Yes something they get parts right mostly the pain
but the pain would be the same for the movie "war of the worlds" and a war from a place like Russia to USA or would it?
but this is just me
thanks
glad you are having fun

I like Hoosiers, "ITs a Wonderful Life" but I like "The Inn of the Sixth Happiness with Ingrid Bergman , Curt Jurgens, and Robert Donat" and "A Man Called Peter with Richard Todd and Jean Peeters" better
Have you ever saw this two

Maybe if the adds been running for about 4 months but I do not think the history channel or TV land would show a add but maybe because after 1AM these are the channels I watch
Roy..YES! I loved "a man called Peter"..seen it twice I believe..the other movie you mentioned , no I haven't seen but will see if I can find it! Love Ingrid Bergman for sure..just always a kind gentle soul..
Ya know Roy...despite what people predict about the "last times"...aren't you thankful that Jesus Christ IS coming back & we need not fear the days ahead??Boy I am!! Bless you my friend!
I saw a movie once called "Return of the Living Dead" where a cannister fell off an Army truck and the contents was a gas that got loose in a Kentucky town bringing all the dead back to life. The dead were running around with an insatiable appetite for brains. The Army finally nuked Kentucky to eliminate the threat.
The reason I mention this is because the movie began with an announcement that the events depicted were true and it was a true story.

What about King Kong? Now I know that's for real.

Personally I don't get it when folks quote movies as *truth*.
But documentaries, or true stories are something else, entirely.
And Roy -- I can also agree with the *imagery* in them too.
Hollywood -- sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't.
(my IMO)

This must be Roy's "movie review"...loved Hoosiers...being an Indiana "farmboy"..
Guess the one I'd like to believe is/was real is "ITs a Wonderful Life" with Donna Reed & Jimmy Stewert..l946 vintage
Just does something for me when i watch it..an age of gentler kinder people who trusted in each other to some degree...

Roy,
They have been advertising that movie for a few weeks (before your prophecy!!!)
Did you leave your TV on while you were sleeping one night?

It COULD happen!

The movie said it.
I believe it.
That settles it.
So much for Raf's skepticism.
