  1. This is pretty! May I have a glass of that champagne. Sure would hit the spot..... Took down the tree. What a bisquit. Oh, what are those icons that appear, Insert etc....Is there a tutorial for us dum dums? Happy trails, janis
  2. Those are good. I still don't get Raf's, but don't bother to explain, I don't really care all that much. I will pass these on to my bosses, there are 37 of them, Prepaid Legal. I type nastygrams to people. and drafts, and pleadings, and on and on and on, type type type......but I have learned a thing or two in the past few years......One, don't ever mess with a lawyer, two don't mess with his secretary either, they can tie you up in legal paperwork for the rest of your natural born life, and laugh at you while they do it. some of these I hadn't heard yet. Pretty good. they will get a kick out of them. What a treat. Thanks.
  3. Thanks for turning me on to him, I love the part where he goes feminists? You mean God looked down and didn't see a stew on the stove and said, I will smote you.....LOVE THAT. I will be looking for him. He is funny. Do you like Ron White, or Jeff Foxworthy? They be from where I be from so I likes them from the git go..... That was funny, thanks again....dreidel, ha ha aha ahhahahahahahahahahaha back to school holiday, after 4 days nah........ I like You tube. Check out this oldie from our past Ram Jam Black Betty. That is the kind of people I hung around before I got all wayfered inside...... good video though...speck it out. Go over yonder to the CES blah fest and read my last post to that thread....i would so much rather have fun. Life is too short....
  4. Yall are a hoot. I never though about cinnamon in coffee, I may try that. Black coffee drinkers are some tough studs man. To me its like a Jolt Cola or Morning Thunder tea, it just makes me way too awake....... I gotta have the moo juice. I do drink iced tea straight up though. Ever had it in the south, your teeth will rot out, it is so sweet, yukkoooo... If you haven't tried the spice tarragon, try it. sparingly at first, but it is good in gravy, on chicken, in stews, it is a really unique spice that when you put it in, and someone tastes it, they go, hmmm, that's good, whats in it....and don't tell. I really enjoy cooking, hate a dirty kitchen, I clean as I go, and I play with my food. Sometimes just because I feel silly, I stuck my arm up a chicken and made it dance, I saw it on Saturday Night Live and it cracked me up....... I mean I do like the first poster does, try, dash of this, look in the pantry, get an idea, and I have fun, people enjoy my food and that makes me happy.
  5. SelahV (my sweetie) said I have to play nice. And yall I did not like getting a whippin... just kidding. Praide God he loves me....anywho... It may not show but I am really blessed to be under the care and teaching of my beloved teacher, I came close to chosing John, in the hours I spent talking to him, not once did he go to the Word, that is what I look for, for my soul craves and so I moved on and emailed the minister of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, my teacher. Two things he has taught me that are profound, one is, It is more important to be loving than to be right. The other, email is a lousy way to communicate, that most of the time it leads to misunderstandings. (sounds smart, he is) He prefers to not be mentioned on this site. Mr. Tucket may be concerned of legal ramifications, because, if no one got permission to forward this to the public, doo doo may just hit the fan. And not out of spite or they think they are above it all or anything like that, it is their simple basic rights as American citizens to not have their dirty laundry aired in this or any other forum. And it can also be traced to the IP address of whoever downloads it too. There could be problems. Any permissions should be in writing and notarized, just to cover your butts. I am just saying, whoever got a hold of this stuff better be sure yea doubly sure that got permission first, or they may be liable. That won't be fun. And also don't forget, you may not like me, and I am not associated with any organized religion, other believers from The Way or whatever, but ladies and gentlemen, if they are born again, they will be a part of the return and we will all be spending eternity together, and everything we say and do in this life we are held accountable for to GOD. Believe that, don't believe it, doesn't matter, that is what the Word says, so if you are honest, as I have been, then instead of bashing, trashing, and cutting down, try of be of some sort of help to the innocent people that went to these folks for help. Think of them. I just got the book In His Steps. Maybe if I read it and apply it I may not get so angry at comments that really don't apply to me. When you approach things like this, put yourself in the other persons shoes. That book In His Steps, was written in 1858 and was the beginning of the phrase What Would Jesus Do? Thank you Abigail for that wonderful email, you were walking girl....that is how to reprove. You should teach classes. I am going to refer to it often. Thank you maam. You have got class. TTFNGB, janis PS: SelahV just patted me on the head and said I was a good girl.....see even I can walk in love. bah da tum..... me unrenewed, me renewed. So if I made anybody mad, I am sorry.
  6. jonny, you one crazy hombre......I read this and after all the depressing ones, I laughed so hard I peed my pants. i like them both too. But when reaching for mayo, reach for the Hellman's or if you live on the west coast as I do now, best Foods, and reach for the best..... You funny dude?
  7. Bless you Paw. There is a lot to this I don't get. My husband and i were talking, He is a CES guy and I fellowship with a minister in palmer Alaska. He is hurt, but he saw it coming. He said last night that when it was john and shoenheit that it was great. When Graeser came in is when all the trouble started. This is from a man who have been out here alone at the time. I happen to know Tom Resner. We were apprentice corps in Minnesota. We knew each other well, and as you can tell, i am pretty unforgettable....well, when i was searching in 2004 I called john. We talked for hours. The divorce was in process. i can't discuss what we talked about because I don't have permission, but then he knew he screwed up his marriage and knew Elizabeth would probably never speak to him again. I also felt like he was way too distracted to be doing an effective job as a minister. Those of us that know a little of God's Word know it is a no brainer what karen is promulgating. The one I feel badly for is SelahV, my husband. There is so much going on in his head. How bout this? Maybe pick a time between now and the 17th set time aside and pray as a group for the situation. It bothers me that there are so many people involved. BUT, God is bigger and fully capable of setting things straight. does that seem like something anybody would be into. I mean whereever you live, when the designated time comes, stop what you are doing and focus, and either meditate or pray. I feel bad also that so many of you are taking this to heart and are so upset. Sometimes you just need to step back and be clinical about things. Take emotions away and realize it is a spiritual battle, and it's certainly nothing new. And God is big enough to care for, minister to, and heal anyand everbody that needs it. See ya, Janis
  8. Sponge Bob Square Pants??? I would have thought I was Taz. Sponge Bob is cool, he is the epitome of positive. Elmo has a black man rammed up his butt..... Charlie Brown can't pick a Christmas Tree... Snoopy has delusions of grandeur.. and Dexter either the wierd little scientist or a serial killer.... How fun is this? Knock knock....
  9. From the album: Who I am

My cat Lucky got hit by a car Nov 17th. He was only three. I got him all the way from Atlanta to Californis to be hit by a car. Broke my heart. The was also the first cat to be made a service animal. Federally recognized and everything. We gave him a 21 sardine salute.... what a precious animal he was.
  10. I confess, I am a a dash of this, try some of that girl........ I see recipes or some of these people on the food channel and I think what about this? And go for it. if anyone is into greek food, I just got two old family greek recipes, one for lemon soup that is to die for... Will share it, if you want. I posted my recipe for bisquits and gravy somewhere in here, this last incarnation turned out so good that my husband was licking the pan. I am giving serious thought to opening a luncheonette one day.....I love to cook. It blesses me, it allows me to give to others in a way that makes them happy, and it is kinda theraputic sp? for me. I got a recipe on Christmas for some pretty nummy yeast rolls. My sister in law makes pans of the stuff to send home with everybody, pans of it....I may tweak it a little, they seem a little dry to me....see there I go. I got to go to bed, see ya, janis
  11. How bout a good southern recipe for bisquits and gravy. 1 lb Jimmy dean sage sausage, keep crumbling it as it cooks so you get all the grease you can. I add a piece or two of bacon for the flavor Once that is good and browned, you strain it into a bowl to catch the grease. Put the grease back into the pan, it has to be good and hot to brown the flour ok? Put in flour a little at a time, to make it not stiff like a rue but not greasy looking, the more you do it, the easier it will be to judge the amount of flour. let it brown, but not burn, you have to watch it... once it is brown add milk a big splash at a time, stirring until it is the thickness you like. Now comes the fun part, my friends and family have told me that the latest incarnation was the best, and I been making this for over 30 years. Add a dash of maple syrup, a dash of molasses, a few jolts of hot sauce, salt and peppper to taste, and honey, you could pour this gravy on old shoes and you'd eat it. My husband was actually licking the pan after it was cold. I sez, girl, you have got yourself a winner. The secret to gravy is keep tasting it, and add what you like. That's how I got this one. I really like the Pillsbury frozen bisquits, they rise good, they taste good and they cook up in a few minutes. Tell me if you like it, okay?
  12. God bless you and greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ! I have a question, who around here is feeding on drama that a trouble making out of fellowship crybaby can gain entrance here? First of all, The Word of God states very clearly how to determine if one is in the center of God's Will. 1. Is it loving? 2. Is it kind? 3. Is is unselfish with concern for another? 4. Is it true according to God's Word? 5. Is it right according to God's Word? I could care less who did what to who. You are all off the mark, and all of you should be ashamed that I have to write this, but God says we are to speak a Word fitly spoken so here it is: Thus saith the Lord: If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And if I shall dole out all my goods in food, and if I deliver up my body that I may be burned, but have not love, I profit nothing. Love has long patience, is kind; love is not emulous [of others]; love is not insolent and rash, is not puffed up, does not behave in an unseemly manner, does not seek what is its own, is not quickly provoked, does not impute evil, does not rejoice at iniquity but rejoices with the truth, bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails; but whether prophecies, they shall be done away; or tongues, they shall cease; or knowledge, it shall be done away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part: but when that which is perfect has come, that which is in part shall be done away. When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I reasoned as a child; when I became a man, I had done with what belonged to the child. For we see now through a dim window obscurely, but then face to face; now I know partially, but then I shall know according as I also have been known. And now abide faith, hope, love; these three things; and the greater of these [is] love. (1Cr 13:1-13 DBY) Use the Word of God as the standard for Truth and go through those vomitorium, gangrenous, venomous letters from Rev Lynn, and sir, you should be ashamed of yourself, you know better. It is far more needful to be loving than to be right. And this did not concern most of these folks so all you did was stir up the pot some more. Take some advice from me: Shut up. And to all those who read this, please remember the Word you were taught and walk in love, walk in light and walk wise. Any questions or concerns please feel free to email me at doulee888@yahoo.com. At Your Service, Janis L. Lang
  13. Hello, Janis Lang former 14th Corps. I paid $4300.00 to be in residence in 1983. My dad wrote a check because I didn't trust anyone to be a "partner". I figured if God wanted me there, He could figure me out a way to pay for it. I did get kicked out, but I did do what I was accused of. I shouldn't have been there to begin with. What I did was not the issue, it was the lack of ability to have faith in God that led to my dismissal. I blame no one. I have a great time, I learned a lot and that is it.
  14. Hi kids, Janis Lang here. I am still standing on the Word of God, I am faithful, it's the getting up again that makes you faithful, not the falling down. I haven't changed that much, only growing strong in faith, and true knowledge of God's Word. Fellowship via email and tape with Rev Linus Mathis III, no one really knows him because he isn't a "pretty face, nor is he a compromiser or a poser, he is a man that does what God called him to do. I have grown more in the past two years than I did the whole time I was fellowshipping with the minisitry. I am getting married on 10-14-06 to a faithful man. Marguerite Keil knows him. They are well, Don Scism is well, David Crawley is trapped in Lima in Way Builders, keep him in your prayers. Let me know how ya'll are. I am looking for Jeanne Morrow, anybody got a clue a hint or revelation? Love in Christ, Janis Lang
  15. It was my first ROA in 1981. I knew nothing about any of you. I knew God and that is all I cared about. It was hot and I had finished with WOW training and went to the Big Top To chill out. I like to be alone. I saw a fella out of the corner of my eye, running around the perimeter of the tent, when I had turned my head as far as it could go to the right, I said to myself, where is the fire? Then I turned my head and watched him round the other side, he got the aisle I was on and turned in, walked right up to my row and walked right next to me and asked "Are you Janis" I said yes, he said I am Rocky from New Orleans, and I am here to pray for you. I went ok. And he sat down thanked God for a brand new pink and healthy uterus, kissed my cheek and left. In twenty five years I have never seen the guy again. That was something I did not pray for, I had abused my body, used abortion (I don't want to hear your comments) as birth control and knew I had destroyed my body. I was willing to pay the consequences. But God's Grace and Mercy are sufficient for me and God went out of His way to heal me. Thanks for listening, Janis L. Lang
  16. Bob, I imagine if I spent enough time I could pick you apart like that too. Why are still so angry? What is the point? And The Word of God IS the Will of God, God's Word is truth. It says so of itself. Selah V.'s future mate. Janny
