  1. I think for many people twi/waybrain is as good as it gets. It will never be enough. Everyone dies just the same, so who cares. Unless someone has something better to sell. . . And why is it that "leaders" have to be the one to spin things? to be a part of twi one has to have the ability to spin, it's all part of the game.
  2. I waited till I was 18. I should have planned it better. My folks were never corps, but I can't tell the difference between them and the q-tip. They would work with leadership to find where I went etc etc etc. So I avoid them like I would rosie. Now my in-laws are like what the previous poster wrote.
  3. Isn't this a little mixed? Unless you equate twi with family, which is true for some. Wouldn't children be a family's litmus test? Whether to allow twi to take precedence or not? Although, twi and family, they are kinda one and the same.
  4. Why use a simple salutation when you can use a run-on sentence?
  5. you forgot to plug the air ducts
  6. humans have proteins that capture certain wavelengths to modify DNA. that's neat too. some frogs are able to completely freeze for the winter and thaw in the spring. every animal lives by killing another. life is dependent on death. for one to live another must die. it's all really neat but the lesson is one of struggle and ultimately failure.
  7. no no nature and twi are too much alike. i.e. eat or be eaten
  8. no, no gods but if I listen too long I hear twi.
  9. Parents, Adults = Leadership = LCM = Parents, Adults = Leadership = Parents, Adults This probably doesn't make sense to most.
  10. I do miss Rem Dog. Hope he makes it back. But, how did we end up with Eckersley? what's the connection? goodness, I had his baseball card when I was in like, first grade. played for the Oakland As I think.
  11. the fear of the trinity and dead being alive be to fellowship on time every other day. leadership knows everything oh, and Eph 6:1, children, obey your parents, who are weird . . .
  12. when I began college, I asked a Jewish girl who spoke Hebrew or Aramaic or whatever what "lmna" meant to her. She talked it over with her friend and they both agreed it means "why".
  13. the plaid suits, I know they were distracting.
  14. I could have a coloring book w/ AOS spirits, but not toys the somewhat resembled them. hmmm. . .
  15. yeah, they've stopped saying "everyone is welcome etc." . maybe before the last ROA. I do know they've become more explicit about it. i.e. "anyone can leave at anytime. If you didn't like a company you work for, what would you do?" They actually want people to leave on their own. IMO.
  16. I'm curious and I like polls. It was kinda a big deal.
  17. better make it three, Linde-r could be reading
  18. Charlie bit my finger is a classic. lol however, Charlie The Unicorn is a better description of my time in twi. mabye others would agree you-tube it. see also parts 2, 3, 4, and 5.
  19. twi would argue, you're disposable at any company you work for. that's life. although they might phrase it differently.
  20. I don't know that anyone claimed it did. twi makes that claim.
  21. sorry, don't know what you mean. my bad.
  22. In twi, we're always admitting to being wrong before leadership. And this place is full of ex-wayfers.
  23. mabye, but what will the culture be like ten years from now? you never know.
  24. What's funny is the innies say the same thing. Have been for years. lol. "this ministry is getting ready for big growth" ha ha maybe they think they'll have a structure in place for another "boom" like whatever happened back in the 60s/70s.
  25. don't thank me, thank the magical powers of google scholar.
