  1. Rev. Mike Weber Capt. Tom Everett Mack Dennett Roman Craig Boolie Werthan Austin Milbarge Easy ones next, if no one gets these. George
  2. "The Day the Earth Stood Still" Wax on, wax off. Wax on, wax off. George
  3. I know that this exchange was used before. I just can't remember from whence it came. George
  4. It's unlikely that enough people saw any of the Punisher movies that a line would be easily recognizable. Of course, with the four (and occasionally five) of us who play these games, it might have had a better chance. :) Anyway, WW is correct. George
  5. "Isn't that just like a wop? Brings a knife to a gun fight." George
  6. Hopefully, one of the others has. It has at least one other major star, and a number of other fairly well-known actors. George
  7. I believe that's "Coming to America." George
  8. A Fish Called Wanda Jamie Lee Curtis Perfect George
  9. "Trading Places" "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down." George
  10. I'm glad I figured it out before scrolling down. This might have been more fun if you hadn't immediately posted the answer to let others see if they could get it. If no one did, after a few days, you could have posted the answer, then. Just sayin'. George
  11. You obviously listened to different radio stations than I did. :) George
  12. "Cars? You brought me here for cars?" "Does that look like a car to you? THAT, is a gold mine I'm handing you on a silver platter." "Forget it; you got no chance." "Now how can you say that? You haven't even heard my ideas yet." "Ideas? Einstein's in the idea business; he makes up numbers so high only dogs can hear them. But what does it cost him? a piece of paper, a couple of pencils." "They *love* the cars, the people! Drives me crazy, that the motor company's dead... They'll never be made!" "We made 'em." "Fifty cars..." "Aw, what's the difference - fifty or fifty million. That's only machinery!... It's the *idea* that counts, Abe... The dream..." "The car of tomorrow... today." "Abe. Gee I appreciate you stopping by. How long you got between trains?" "You like this? living in the middle of nowhere? Cuppa coffee, 2, 3 in the morning, you could die first." "Or you could go into the kitchen and make some." "Who needs coffee, 2 in the morning? You sit down, read the paper, chew the fat with the waitress. Here, you look around, there's nothin' but scenery." "I always thought we're the scenery. How do you like your coffee?" "In the city." "When I was a little kid, maybe five years old, in the old country, my mother used to say to me; she'd warn me, she'd say, 'Don't get too close to people. You'll catch their dreams... '... Years later, I realized I misunderstood her... 'Germs', she said, not 'dreams', 'You'll catch their *germs*'..." "Isn't that the idea? To build a better mouse trap?" "Not if you're a mouse!" George
  13. (Name the actor) Roman Craig Boolie Werthan Austin Milbarge George
  14. Keanu Reeves Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure George Carlin George
  15. Correct. I first mis-read your previous post and thought of Slim Pickens instead of Slim Whitman. :) George
  16. Mandy Patinkin Alien Nation James Caan George
  17. Yes. Although Jane Badler reprised her 1980's "V" role as Diana in the 2011 re-vamp. "Tina McGee" is a scientist in both "Flash" versions (along with the comic books), though in the earlier series, her character was sort of a cross between Dr. Wells (in the "help Barry figure out his power" sense, not the "kill Barry and his family" sense) and a love interest. Obviously, this older "Tina McGee" won't be a love interest for Barry, but I hope she appears in more episodes. George
  18. Playing the father (or mother) of a character one played in the past is not uncommon, and, of course we see it here with John Wesley Shipp. Less common is playing the SAME CHARACTER, over twenty years later. Amanda Pays reprises her role as Dr. Tina McGee. Hey, I'm a sentimental slush. I love this stuff. George
  19. Well, he wasn't corrupt as Jim Gordon. :) George
  20. "Mars Attacks" I'd like to thank Slim PICKENS for his role in saving the US. George
  21. These ARE supposed to be easy. WW is up. George
