  1. Flipping all the cards. Heartbreak Ridge. Eastwood as a gunnery sergeant training a recon marine troop. In one scene, he's knocked out, and when one marine grabs his hand to wake him, he stirs and gives that line. It's quite an entertaining movie, but probably not a good choice for this thread. FREE POST George
  2. The League of Distinguished Gentlemen? George
  3. Hawkman is correct. I'm not sure how THIS got past DC's legal department, but I bet it's fun: http://majorspoilers.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/hawkman11.jpg
  4. LOL. No. Hodge played the character in "Black Adam"; Shanks played him on a few episodes of "Smallville"; and Hentschel played him on "Legends of Tomorrow." George
  5. Yes. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler were among the main cast members. The screenplay was written by Fey. George
  6. This 2004 film was remade as a Broadway musical in 2018. Two of the stars were regulars on Saturday Night Live. This was also the screenwriting debut for one of them. Many scenes were cut and several lines were re-worked to give the movie a PG-13 rating (rather than an R). Tim Meadows broke his hand before shooting and had to wear a cast, so the explanation that his character, Mr. Duvall, had carpal tunnel was added. A remake has just been released. Some of the cast of the 2004 film appear, but in different roles. George
  7. Interview with the Vampire? George
  8. I would have gotten it from Aldis Hodge and Michael Shanks, though I also saw Nuckols and Hentschel in this role. I found two more actors who did live versions of this role: Jim (not Hugh) Jackman, in a Baby Ruth commercial; and Ryan Digger in an adult film version. (!) George
  9. Star Trek into Darkness Chris Pine Into the Woods George
  10. Interesting. I could almost see that line used by either Steve Martin or John Candy. But no. This movie has comedic elements but is a drama. Hint: it's about a military group. George
  11. Wall Street This one would be immediately obvious to me, but maybe not to anyone who hasn't actually seen the movie: "Just because we're holding hands doesn't mean we'll be taking warm showers together until the wee hours of the morning." George

  13. Michael Shanks Alexander Wraith Bill Nuckols Falk Hentschel Aldis Hodge James Remar At this point, I've included all the actors who gave live performances of this character. Other voice actors include Vic Perrin Phil Morris Wu Jing William Katt Jack Angel Omid Abtahi George
  14. I suppose Human should decide, either to let you have a shot at it, or to post another song. George
  15. I suspect that no one will get it, and there isn't much more trivia out there about it, other than the impressive list of guest stars. "Hee Haw Honeys" WW was close, but I think I'll declare a FREE POST. (Of course, WW can jump in.) George
  16. 42 Chadwick Boseman The Black Panther George
  17. The Cheyenne Social Club Shirley Jones The Music Man George
  18. Correct. Teri Hatcher was, of course, notable for her line in "Seinfeld": "Yes, they're real, and they're spectacular." She also proudly touts her attributes here, as well. I have seen her topless, and while better than average, I would hardly call them "spectacular." YMMV. George
