in fact oen, at 70 feet below and a lung full of compressed air, all ya gotta do is tilt your head back, move upward by moving your feet slowly ascend open your mouth and let the air move out from your lungs with no effort at all, just follow the smallest bubble to the surface it's an awesome experience

actually ones lungs would explode... a deflated bcd at 70 feet below the surface is flat to the chest, but with one breath from the tank till one begins to ascend and reaches the surface, the bcd increases in volume because it has no outlet . Upon reaching the surface, well, it shows ya what would happen to ya if ya hold your breath with a lung full of compressed air at 70 feet below the surface of the water and ascension to the surface. gota learn how to breath in any situation
