  1. Bet you won't..... Yes, the Brady Bunch ended up a variety show, with the Bradys moving and doing the show. The obscure kids' show was "UNCLE CROC'S BLOCK." I didn't make it up-there's websites that mention it, and Youtube clips as well. Another feature was that the bit characters were all spoofs of characters other places, or people other places. They spoofed Evel Kneivel, Steve Austin, Captain Marvel, and so on. Go, George.
  2. Batman Begins Morgan Freeman Bruce Almighty
  3. I think, with the current crop of players, none of us knows this movie at all other than you. (I try to end each link with a well-known actor/movie, but I can link THROUGH one that was not- like when I linked to Milla Jovovich through Kuffs, ending with her.)
  4. I'm making a correction. I read previously that Jim Nabors was on the first show. I currently find no such reference now. =================== Ridiculously difficult category: This short-lived children's show's cast included regulars like Charles Nelson Reilly and Jonathan Harris, and had voice actors like Kenneth "Kenny" Mars and Robert Ridgely. (Now that I looked, I remember Ridgely for playing the hangman in Blazing Saddles and Robin Hood:Men in Tights. However, he did a LOT of voice acting, some in roles I can still hear the voice in-and none of them sound like the hangman.) Normal category: This variety show was a prime-time spinoff of a sitcom- and had the original cast (save 1) playing their original characters, now transplanted into a different setting. (The word "transplanted" is not chosen to make a hidden clue. The show format was completely different, and the original characters were all in the new show.)
  5. Seriously? *looks it up* So it did. Totally not the show I am after. However, it's certainly interesting. The one you mentioned won a Peabody Award. The one I mentioned was buried quietly-as it deserved to be.
  6. No, Bozo the Clown was a MUCH more famous show than this.
  7. I'll give 2 for the price of 1, since the one I WANT to use is INCREDIBLY obscure. Answer EITHER to take this round. =================== Ridiculously difficult category: This children's show's cast included regulars like Charles Nelson Reilly and Jonathan Harris, and had guests like Jim Nabors. 8. Ok. Sounds super-strong, and filmed since Google became popular. "Hancock?"
  9. You are correct... and on behalf of those of us with Javascript turned off by default, thanks for answering in text so I didn't have to download part of a video just to read your answer. You're up.
  10. Is that supernatural show called "Supernatural"?
  11. "Well, I saw her today at the reception, A glass of wine in her hand. I knew she would go meet her connection. At her feet was her footloose man."
  12. I know I've seen it before on the thread, and I still don't know the answer.
  13. Ok, this is NOT the opening line. It's repeated, and is also the closing line. "Your moves are so raw I've got to let you know I've got to let you know You're one of my kind."
  14. I am???? *checks* So I am. Thanks for the notice. I shall have to watch out for my "up" more often.
  15. George Harrison sure was on Cloud 9 when he recorded "Got My Mind Set on You." I wonder if he ever heard the Weird Al spoof "This Song Is Just Six Words Long."
  16. There's no hard rule against it, but we're asking people to try not to do this.... A) Try not to link to the same actor about once a page (technically, this was separated and not on the same page.) B) Try not to do the same exact link- especially within a short time-frame. The HP movies have a number of actors who appear in most of them, and some appear prominently in specific movies. In this particular case, it was available to link to: Ralph Fiennes, Gary Oldman, David Thewlis, Maggie Smith, Jason Isaacs, Michael Gambon, Emma Thompson, Warwick Davis, and Helena Bonham-Carter. I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to link through ALL of them, but I can link through 4 of them, not counting Rickman nor Griffiths. They all tend to act in different TYPES of movies, so someone who is a fan of SOMETHING can probably link to at least ONE of them. Ha! Inspiration hit. Christian Slater Kuffs Milla Jovovich
  17. "I'm 37. I'm not old." "Well, I can't just call you 'man'." "You could have called me 'Dennis.'" "I didn't know you were called 'Dennis.'"
  18. Your answer is correct. (But who is WordWoff?) It's your turn.
  19. Some of the regulars are still here. Since I have a life now, I'm slower to start new threads on things I have in mind. (They're penciled in, in my brain.) It appears lcm's name is on a twitter account. It is very obvious it's not him who set it up or who's writing in it. The most obvious reason is he NEVER uses his first name, EVER, and it's used on the account, in an abbreviated form used in court documents so now we've all read it.
  20. "She's unavoidable, I'm backed against the wall. She gives me feelings like I never felt before. I'm breaking promises, she's breaking every law." "She’s a craze you’d endorse, she’s a powerful force. You’re obliged to conform when there’s no other course." "She's a natural law, and she leaves me in awe. She deserves the applause, I surrender because She used to look good to me, but now I find her"
  21. Sounds like he might be a LOT tougher than McCloud.
