Having been born and raised in Lancaster, PA...I was heart -sick when I saw the news in our chow hall TV; that's when I first heard about it. I have many Amish friends and although they may have some off-the-wall doctrine...they are very-very sweet people and I cherish the friendships I've made. I sure do miss them sometimes! I am very spoiled when it comes to coffee...I buy this brand from Amsterdam called Dowe Egberts...the gold package is called Excellence and that my friends it is! When all else fails, there's always a hot cup of Community Dark Roast. Absolutely the best coffee in my humble opinion! Now over here in the PX we have this German brand called Tchibo (don't ask me how to prounce it :( )...but it's pretty good too. BTW, I've stopped drinking it in the mornings...I just turn on the IV at approx 40-60 drops/min and that seems to wake me up Never grind my own...too lazy...thus, the IV, huh? Just call me MR Excitement...in bed by 8:00pm, 7:30 on a rough day (the brain just shuts down automatically now)...up at 0300-0400...day in day out...I once stayed awake until 9:00pm...man, that was so cool! LOL I have this Blackhawk pilot who loves to fly through my room at 1:00am (flight paths)...But I just wave now and go right back to sleep...kinda like white noise ya' know?
