  1. That's why I think George Bush wasn't re-elected because Dan Quayle couldn't spell potato, and because opened his mouth and inserted his foot when he compared himself to John F Kennedy. Election was over at that point. Losing the election
  2. I'm not sure (if I can speak for everybody?) whether or not you're going to get many bites with this George. The only artist I can think who might have done a song like this is ~Ray Stevens~. I don't think I've heard it either or I would probably would have remembered some of those lyrics.
  3. Man, I had to unscramble my brain trying to fit the face of the picture in my head to the name of the actress. I think "Grumpy Old Men" was the last time I watched a movie with Ann Margret in it. Which if I can recall, still looked pretty good then, for mid-50's something. Now almost 85.
  4. I can picture who it is I'm thinking of but I can't come up with her name. She's a redhead, right? She was in an Elvis movie. She's the love interest of both the Grumpy Old Men. I'm dumbfounded.
  5. No I was serious. If it wasn't her could it be Joey Heatherton.
  6. Really? I never thought you were a day over 200 years old WordWolf. How about the fool who gave the longest inaugural presidential speech, over two hours, in the middle of a blizzard like snow storm and caught pneumonia because he wasn't wearing any winter clothing just his shirt and no hat and died less than 30 days later? William Henry Harrison? He would be even older than Pierce. 250 years old.
  7. Ferris Bueller "I'm too old, I'm too tired, and I'm too fuc&k*in' blind! There was a time when I could see you know. If I were the man I was five years ago I'd take a flame-thrower to the place."
  8. My trouble is when I try to come up with this song, I keep hearing ~The Joe Jeffries Group~ song "My Pledge of Love" that begins "I woke up this morning, baby," which I just happen to have listened too shortly before waysider posted.
  9. "In a town where I was born, lived a man who sailed to sea"
  10. Let me try to narrow this down. It is one of 11 Ringo Starr songs (with The Beatles) in which he sang lead vocals. Obviously this isn't "Octopus's Garden" or "With A Little Help From My Friends", or "Yellow Submarine". So there you go. There's only 8 more songs to choose from. Ringo sang lead on one song on almost every album by ~The Beatles~`. They had 12 studio albums. Come on. This is pretty easy breezy.
  11. "I Must Let the Show Go On"?? Leo Sayer. Three Dog Night Yeah, that's it. I'm sure. I'm going. "Ah, rock on George, one time for me". I feel fine. "Ah, rock on George, for Ringo one time". Whoo!"
  12. I don't think this was as easy as you thought George. I don't think I would have gotten it unless you posted a picture with Tiger Woods holding all four major championship trophies. Good trivia.
  13. Oh right, George of the Jungle, no, "Toy Story" "Lookin' good Billy-Ray"! "Feelin' good Lewis"!
