We have two completely unidentified, right? Let's resolve the one I posted..
To which I'd say that Abigail must have been mistaken in having ever met him at a weenie roast but that Dooj is completely on the mark. Hee-hee!
The next is Kathy's pic (you're right girl.. this is fun) aand we have to know its a story teller?? Maybe someone who sees white bears on a regular basis perhaps? I'm just guessing.

Actually, Chas had it first - amazing really. And of course I knew who it was, but I didn't want to make it EASY for everyone. :) Though I probably shouldn't have said I met him at a weenie roast, cause that was very misleading. We have been to a roast, but it isn't where we met.
As for what posters look like, rest assured that all of you people are still firmly (pun?) in your twenties. I seem to have turned 50 somewhere along the line, but you folks are still young. At least, that's my rock and roll fantasy.
I'll be seeing some of you at the Texas BBQ, and we can catch up. But I will probably still see you as being in your twenties. I know, I know . . . we're more interesting now. We've learned more things, expanded our lives to include spouses, children, careers, experiences, and adventures. But I remember your face when it was fresh and unlined; I remember your vitality on those twelve-minute tests. I know that you are still just exactly like that, where and when it really counts.
There is a bit more of Watered Garden to love, but she still has hair the same color, (thank God for Clairol), just a bigger smile since she's no longer a TWIbot. Mr. Garden's hair is no longer red, but almost black with silver sideburns and almost silver mustache. In ten more years, he will look like Mark Twain. He has thrived (thriven)? on Watered Garden's excellent cooking.
Those few of you whom I actually know, I picture as you were when we were younger, just wiser and a little more experienced with life its ownself. What I see on these pages is the heart of every one of you.
You must have a bad case of amnesia. You told us here at GSC that you and your lovely wife were going to take a trip there. And I know darn better that there aren't any palm trees in Alaska. And those ugly rocky mountains are definitely the desert-like ones around me.
Of course I was in Las Vegas. And of course that is Hoover Dam. I just thought that the guessing game was still on. But hey, which river is it that is dammed up? It's the Colorado, right? Oh yeah, right, I just re-read that post of yours...
But as far as what we did there, we were pretty much light weights with the gambling thing. A few slots, wife played black jack. won some money, then spent that on food, drinks, more slots, etc. We also did lots of "walking and gawking" and people watching. I really got off on the architecture too, and just imagined what it was like inside those casinos during the construction phases. I could just picture the crews in there with their scaffolds, tool belts/bags, cordless screw guns, the electricians pulling wires and etc. It must have been something! By the time we left after four days, we'd spent our "earnings". But man was it a fun time! My wife and I hadn't been Outside of Alaska for some time, and it was purdy dang cool! Glad we were there in February too, for the weather was just perfect at around 55 to 65.
Now, did we figure out who the guy is in the first photo in this thread?

I know you arent making a bad remark about my lovely state...I mean those mountains are bald like that so you dont miss the wildlife...no trees to obstuct you view...
Unfortunately, there aren't many trees down here either Eyes. I like the trees and the green. God knows I am not a desert lover. I'd take Lake Tahoe any day if I HAD to be in Nevada. All the people I know from that state are FINE people though!

Of course, he has gotten even better looking with age. Here's one of him from last October, with the boys . . .

That picture of the story teller must be at the Hoover Dam. I've driven by that spot at least 100 times in the last 3 1/2 years.

It's the dam along the Colorado River on the Nevada/Arizona Border. It's really close to Las Vegas.
Yeah, you were in Vegas. What happens there stays there, right??
