Here ya go!

Johnny B. Goode

Deep down in Louisiana, close to New Orleans

Way back up in the woods among the evergreens

There tood an old cabin made of earth and wood

Where lived a country boy named Johnny B. Goode

Who never ever learnt to read or write so well

But he could play a guitar just like a ringing bell

Go go! Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go

Go Johnny, go, go. Johnny B. Goode

He would carry his guitar in a gunny sack

Sit beneath the tree by the railway track

Engineer calling, he'd stop in the shade

Striumming to the rhythm that the driver made

People passing by they would stop and say

Boy that little country boy can play

Go go! Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go

Go Johnny, go, go. Johnny B. Goode

(Guitar Solo)

Well his mother told him someday you will be a man

And you will be the leader of a big old band

Many people coming from miles around

To hear you play your music till the sun goes down

And someday maybe your name will be in lights

Saying "Johnny B. Goode Tonight"

Go go! Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go

Go Johnny, go, go. Johnny B. Goode

Go go! Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go. Go Johnny, go, go

Go Johnny, go, go. Johnny B. Goode

It's good that we got our party in last night! This morning, Autumn has struck in full force, and it's pretty cold out there. The outdoor cats are hunched down in the mudroom, the kids are snuggled with popcorn and blankets and Blue's Clues, and the leaves are falling through the outside air like huge orange snowflakes.

Hot chocolate, anyone?

Karm,

Lol... I finally turned the evap cooler off last night (it will be back on here in a few minutes until after sundown)... it's still a few degrees warmer up north on I-10 about 110 miles.

It won't be 100 today (I don't think, but still in the 90s).

Tanks for calling that party, niKa.

I have now made my triumphant return from Jubbulpoor where I attended the annual Jain convention....And incidentally,I was the first foreigner allowed to speak there....No Mary Jane was previously allowed...I prayed for all their arms, but they did not believe in my Jesus....As I was getting on my train one man with a withered hand asked me to pray to the Lord for him and to make his one hand as his other...I prayed for him and as the train pulled out of the depot he left with two withered hands...After I healed that man I returned home and cured a ham....

Glad you had a good time. Sounds like it was an exciting adventure.

How was the Jain convention center? I heard it is huge, one of the largest in all the East and literally bug-free.

Someone sent me this picture of you while you in attendance. You a good man:

Simon the Jain

Here are more exciting photos from the convention:

And look. Harvey was one of the guest teachers:

Hey Keeds,

How's about a few Lo Shantas for the saints and sinners in Southern California, from San Diego north to Ventura County and east to San Bernardino County.

And that people get that stupid 1970s song out of their heads (It never rains in Southern, Cal-i-fornia).

Besides that, I'd rather not be breathing their second hand smoke (which is making its way to the Phoenix area now).
