Way to go, Linda. I am so happy for you. You certainly deserve it. I was a Toyota fan for years, but hubby came along and he is a FORD fanatic. So we have had Ford F150's, Explorers, and an Expedition since we married. My dad is a Ford man also. Making 2 men in my life happy is an easy thing to do!!! heehee

Please tell your daughter that many people are praying for her and are very proud of her. She must take after her MOM!! :)--> Seriously, what she did was extremely brave. I dont know any of the involved people but the innocent ones are in my prayers.

My first winter back in my hometown (after living away for 15 years) and we have the biggest blizzard since 1978 (which BTW I was a WOW in MD and I thought God was so cool that KY had a worse winter than MD. Is God good or what???!!!! Hubby on way home from FL and had to spend the nite in GA. Boohoo

Just Thinking, I have been out 10 years now, but in my heart, I still believed EVERYTHING that I was taught. UNTIL I heard about Waydale from my sister. Then I was goggling one day and found Greasespot. Nothing is the same and I no longer feel that I was SPECIAL for being called to 'this great ministry'.... BUT I have had a fantastic life these last 10 years. God has blessed me EXCEEDING abundantly above all that I could ask or think... and that is NO LIE. So TWI, take your threats about God's blessing being off our lives and SHOVE it. You innies, you can walk away and never look back. I did and am so thankful that I did it 10 years ago.

Never fear, we do have pix coming.!!! Chatty made it home safely, and while she was driving in the rain, I got caught up with the laundry and other fun stuff. Shell, we both decided that we are glad we didn't go to finishing school. They may have had to redefine the school after us. Linda, before Kathy came I gave her the option of sleeping in the Elvis room or the bedroom with the computer and Jacqueline (the mannequin that wears Mrs. Harding's dress). She chose Elvis over Jacqueline and the computer. However, upon arrival after taking her things into the Elvis room she decided she wanted to sleep with the computer and moved in with Jacqueline. And it just so happens that Aunt Casey's hat is on display in there. So Kathy is sleeping with the computer, Aunt Casey's hat and Jacqueline. To make this story even weirder she was quite refreshed even with little sleep due to the smoke alarms going off 4 times from 12:30 to 5:00 which was her sleep time. Funny thing is she asked my hubby in the middle of the night had she made her room too hot by closing the door and was it her fault the alarms were going off.

Shellon, I guess it is obvious that ChattyKathy & I did not attend finishing school!!!! But your points are valid and very understandable!! Thanks for the FREE finishing school lessons. Gotta run and go make some money off those vintage hats, and eat some ham/biscuits, and later broccoli soup and turnovers, along with delicious desserts. Bye for now.

Sorry if it doesnt work for you. Anyway, my pic made the front page of the local newspaper. The article was about me and my hat collection (thanks again to LindaZ). The hat that she gave me is in the picture in the paper, though you cant see it in the internet article.

Hubby and I saw Lou's show 2 years ago next month. It was great. Lou was very gracious and came out and talked to us. Have some pix from the show and afterward. Thanks for reminding me of that wonderful evening.

I was exactly where you are until 2000. That was when I found out about LCM and his lawsuits resulting from forced sex, etc. I could not believe my eyes as I read account after account of what he and VPW had done. I also read some of the threads regarding how VPW stole PFAL and how much of it is WRONG. I was in shock for weeks. I actually have prayed to God to forgive me for all the years that I have TOLD HIM what to do. I now pray for His guidance and His will to be done in my life. Since I have humbled myself to this TRUTH, our business has sold and my hubby and I have bought a new home in KY. We are still waiting for God's blessing on selling our current home. Please read some of the threads and pray to God to open your eyes to the awful truth of what we used to believe and would sell our souls to defend.

My postings are absolutely truthful. The reason is, this is real to me. This is what has helped me heal from things that I didnt even know I needed healed from. I have posted my pictures on a few of the pictures threads, so anyone who knows me, knows who I am. This may be a joke to some, but not to me.

No, Pat, I have not seen any advertisements for TWI. I have been sent nothing in the mail. I sure wish I had more info to help you out.
