Congratulations Mike, I know you've put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this for a long time.

Way back in the 80's when B of A was NCNB, (North Carolina National Bank). Even then they were uppity. Our acronym was: No Cash for No Body

I was a member of Barry Mello's church in Charlotte. He moved his family down from NY in (about) 1992. He died of pancreatic cancer in 2006. He was a loving husband and father, a gifted teacher, and a good friend. I posted his obituary here. I don't really know about his life in NY. If your parents were friends and/or were close to him, they might be interested to hear of his passing. It could be enough to start a dialog, you never know. How about a slice of pecan pie to go with your coffee? It's on me.

I don't pay too much attention to the media. When this tragedy hit that small country, the last thing I thought of was Gods "wrath". My heart went out to those people. After being in TWI, and labeling people as "out of fellowship", possessed, mark and avoid, etc. The last thing I was to do is "decide" why God did or allowed something to happen. IMO thAt is a dangerous place to be.
