I reviewed all of Larrys posts of the last week (I'm too bored to go through any more and its FRIDAY :o :D ) and can't find anything thats offensive. Can't see what the big deal is all about. I sent Larry a PM and encouraged Larry to stay here and I hope he does.

Speaking of funding the Israeli military, wouldn't it be much better for us to pull out of Iraq now and when Iran acquires a nuke, just let Israel bomb them into the stone age? Think of all the lives and treasure it would save us.

She wrote an article in the same magazine (Free Spirit) that had David Craley's piece on abortion. I'll read it to see if it says anything about choosing the sex of a baby.

I heard that too but can't remember where from. Maybe "Dealing with the Adversary" or one of the many Sunday night cassette tapes of which I still own a trunk load of.

Jesus said "whatsoever things ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them". Based upon that promise the following recollection ... it was a couple of days before the start of Advanced Class 1979 and I was one of those "10-mile marathon runners" to carry the torch from Rome City to Athens OH. So there I was at Rome City, awaiting the start and was out jogging the day before the marathon. Near the end of my jog I felt pressure and pain in my leg, which I had not experienced during the several months prior training. It was coming from somewhere in the inner leg and caused me to limp, back to the main campus center. The young lady at the desk saw me limping and ask me what was wrong. I told her that there was a pain in my inner leg that's hurting me, and "I'm supposed to run in the marathon tomorrow". She laid hands on me and began praying, asking God to heal me in Christ's name. I believed her and believed that God would heal me. The pain was gone. During the 10 mile run the following day, there was no pain in that area of my leg. But what established this as genuine healing from God to me was that a day after the run, my whole body ached EXCEPT that one area of my leg that was painful and causing me to limp, two days before. To me, that was nothing short of sensational. Praise God.

And what does the Word say if some choose to be ignorant? It says "let them be ignorant". Doesn't say to condemn and whine about them continually.

They don't have to debate anyone. They have chosen their faith and religion just like any other U.S. citizen and if they want to engage in that group, that's their business. This is the U.S. of America with freedom of religion. Thank the Lord.

The soft vanilla ice cream analogy was just a craving for soft vanilla ice cream when I wrote it. :P :) But the same may be said for health food. You walk into a health food store and eat spinach salad, leave the store and say to yourself "golly gee I just had spinach salad despite my eating spinach salad at the store." That's how ridiculous it is to say one got delivered while in twi, despite twi. I never bought that statement and still don't buy it. If one can't give credit where credit's due, one is not being honest with one self and it shows.

I would surmise that God showed you the future if the vision appeared like a mirror image or photograph of the reality you experienced. Wow, that is amazing, if it happened like that. I haven't a doubt that your believing was a contributory factor in the process.

Not at all. No condemnation, just trying to understand with the truth is. Can you answer the question other than "the law of believing is unfounded and has no merit ..."?

So what's *your* answer George? You believe the bible is hogwash, while at the same time offer no answers except the bible is hogwash. What other alternative is there? Consider these verses: Now as a biblical student who believes the bible, I am confronted with these verses and believe them and communicate with folks that it is God's will they are healed, ... that Jesus made it available through his works and sacrifice.It was even available before his sacrifice: But the person, for whatever reason, after hearing the Word, is still sick. That'd mean either the person is not believing or I am not believing or, God and his Word is a lie, no?

Well I do believe one thing; if its a choice between it being God's fault or my believing, I will choose my believing...

The answer is simple. There obviously came a point in which it wasn't good for us who left, so we left. I think the vast majority have gotten over it already and have moved on with their lives. Many have gone into offshoots. The folks who are still in twi, find it good for them, and that is ok with me. The is the U.S. of America with freedom of religion. As far as the sour taste goes, if one chooses to focus on that sour taste, that is their choice. Similarly, if one chooses to focus on that good taste, that is their choice.

Balderdash. There wouldn't have been genuine deliverance without genuine Word taught. Genuine deliverance doesn't come from nothingness. And the so-called alleged "manipulative coercive life-dominating principles" seem to be excuses for perpetual victim entitlement.
