Oh, and because it's hot here (REALLY hot), I turn my hot water heater heat off in the summer... still have water plenty warm for showers.

did the ceiling fan/thermostat adjustment for the a/c three years ago. Also, three years ago (when I moved to where I now live) I planted trees/bushes that are now providing dramatically increased shade. I use my gas grill as an oven (outdoors) instead of heating my house (to cook many things, including pizza... during the hot months anyway. dramatically reduced my driving so that I only buy one tank of gas/mo (still costs $50). Taking the bus and riding bicycle much more. Is it worth it? Hell yes. I couldn't meet my monthly expenses otherwise. I'm seriously considering purchase of a motorscooter. I'm considering both electric and gas powered options.

And even though Raf did not cite a reference, given his profession (I have seen his byline on the sun-sentinal's website), and his professional affiliations, I would hold his insight FAR higher (in credibility) than just any joe blow quoting something he found by doing a google search. And, as I said before, there are NUMEROUS reasons that the apparent statutes quoted by WD are of no practical use (cannot be enforced) and therefore are as if they do not exist.

Au contraire... it IS the point. Unless you can get a law enforced, in a practical sense, there IS no law. There are numerous reasons you cannot/could not/would not be able to get such a law enforced. Yes, NUMEROUS. It obviates your point. In no uncertain terms.

Have you contacted state's attorneys in Idaho, Colorado and Kansas to let them know you have some folks for them to prosecute? Or do you have some other plan to see to it that these "criminals" (here at GSC) are brought to justice?

I believe Pawtucket responded with a simple, direct, "NO." It might have been on the Where's Bumpy thread... anyway, I just saw that there are several people with birthdays today (July 14). Three of them might be the same person. Hills Bro is Hills Bro. But he has said before that his business is as a carpet cleaning contractor. That could be the same as a "ProRug Sucker"... and if his first name (or nickname) is "Jimbo" then it's possible all three of them are the same person. I don't know if that's the case, but it sure looks like it could be...
