I'll be p1$$ed if the Dbacks games -- which except for when they'll be on ESPN or FOX (Saturday afternoon) will be on Fox Sports Net AZ, which only rarely broadcast in HD last season -- are NOT in HD this summer.

Actually, that's too IMpractical and certainly, IF implemented, would NOT work. What MIGHT help is to put some serious incentives in place to bring JOBS back to the US... be they tax breaks for hiring, for business capital investment ONLY in the US, or trade tariffs, just SOMETHING that would stem the flow of our jobs to China, India and the Phillipines.

You wouldn't be the first person to write his own obit. Might you not want to include some specific highlights of your journey? Accomplishments or other events that have been meaningful to you or things you'd want people to remember about you? One of the reasons people who do their own obits do so is to specify what they'd like their legacy in this life to be/to have been. I would also hope that you're not planning for this to be published anytime specific time too soon...

If you think this is about ME giving anyone permission to do anything you got some really messed up brain cells. However, if the kid hasn't harmed YOU, then WHY are YOU (any of you) on his case? Looks like you have the necessary patience and are learning things that might work with your two little guys... I have one cat. His biggest problem is that he hates other cats. He rarely lets me pick him up, but does occasionally if he "needs some love." Usually, we sit together (him next to me) watching TV and I either stroke/pet or brush him. Another thing he used to do, which I used to like... is he would come get on top of me while I was in bed sleeping. I used to be able to pet him some while not completely waking up, so that I'd go right back to sleep. However, as it got harder to fall back asleep, I discouraged him doing that to wake me.

What was that you said on the previous page.... about not knowing what's going to happen. I just read that Schilling's got a major shoulder problem that will probably end his career without him throwing another pitch in a big league game. And the comments on the article at azcentral.com are none too kind for the Major League Mouth Mr. Schilling has... and that the BoSox maybe should have been more aggressive in going after Santana.

I had a brother and a sister (both younger than me) and I was the first one to become involved in TWI. I was first involved with TWI in Oct 1974. They (and my mother) took the plaf class several years later. I left twi in 1986. My mother went to twigs for a while, a bit longer than either my brother or sister. We were raised Catholic. None of us continued with the Catholic church into adulthood.

Apparently, Eli was supposed to be on Letterman tonight... but he couldn't get a flight out. Bad weather today, here and probably lots of other places in the US delayed a lot of flights out of Phoenix. But Eli will, apparently, be there on Wednesday. Heck, at my house, I think we've gotten more rain in the last two months than we did in the entire 12 months before that. Including at least a half inch today.
