  1. OMG - I forgot about advance vs retreat. The logic there was we never retreat, we always ADVANCE! Third aid, I think was when you are hurt/sick you goto God first, another believer second, and to medicine third - thus third aid. Here's the kicker on that one. It ....ed LCM off because he said you don't pray for/heal yourself. Ya, readiness. We're always vigilant....ok....gonna vom....sick as a dog....
  2. No. Especially at HQ. I can't say it's rigidly enforced that you can/can't say certain things. It's part of the sub culture. And sure enough someone will teach why you shouldn't say certain words and what to replace them with, especially if you are new.
  3. This thread is to post up all the stupid things that TWI had renamed. It really diminishes their credibility that they tried to rename so much of our culture. Some of it was from VPW religious zeal and still more of it was from being a subculture. Ok - lemme start with my favorite. Hoho relo. This is short for household holiday relocation. The logic was we didn't wanna say Christmas because it was a contraction of Christ Mass, which commemorates Jesus death. (never mind that TWI holds communion each year to do just that) Plus he was supposed to have been born in September. Now here's what I find funny as all hell. We really weren't supposed to hold any day as holy. Yet wee called it household HOLIDAY relocation. WTF - holiday means holy day. Brings up the question do these goof balls really know how to think? The relocation part is a kicker too. The IRWC were always in training. So hoho relo wasn't really a vacation. It was a relocation where they leave the prison camp...uhhh...I mean campus for a short period of time to get "refreshed".
  4. My God, I started trying to lose the way speak when about two years before I left. After several years of a conscience effort to talk normal, I still catch that crap coming out of my mouth.
  5. From what I understand, her and Rozilla were doing that when LCM was prez. Where do you think the debt policy, scheduling mandates, and other onerous things came from? I was told by a first hand source that Rosi and DM took advantage of the situation and used it to enact policy. LCM was a controlling monster, no doubt but in the end he was out-Foxed. As for Donna, she may as well be the wife of the prez. Apparently it's a lifetime assignment. All cynicism aside - DM is actively involved in running the ministry and is an adviser, silent partner, or whatever - but she is helping RozaLIE run things. She is listed as an officer and attends all the director group meetings (that's what they started calling themselves recently) and is in all the prez cab meetings as pres cab. Anyone who had ever worked close to those two and observed some of the peculiarities with them can figure it out. However, I got it first hand from someone who is a lot closer to the situation than I ever was. Nottawayfer, you can PM me and I'll fill ya in.
  6. Ya, you have a good point. TWI is so incredibly business centric that they have to help their way corps staff learn how to judge between ministerial functions and policy, business functions delineated by the Staff handbook, payroll manual and other business docs. With that said. I think there is a pretty big difference between what TWI promotes with mandatory, minimum giving versus someone who wants to give from a cheerful heart and they have purposed to do so.
  7. I would say he was happy he could finally have something like this. I have ZERO respect for him. He's the biggest butt kissing, yes man I ever met. Once you get past the humor there isn't much there, very shallow. All he lakcs is a pair of pom-poms to cheer whatever Rozilla dictates and he would be the perfect cheerleader. Ya, the 401k they offer is a joke. It was setup to benefit long term Staff as a priority.
  8. I see your point. No matter what you did someone would likely consider it splintered from the tree. Ya, someone would jump on it. In that regard, I still believe very strongly in God and Jesus Christ. If it's on your heart, do it according to the bible and let the criticisms fall where they may. Much respect for your efforts here.
  9. Yes. Check you private conversations. As for Rozilla she is working hard that it is preserved in some form. She has really made it more church-like than ever. Read a Way Mag, listen to a STS - there's nothing related to research happening and there's nothing to offend anyone. They are without the power they claim to manifest.
  10. You forgot the person who needs to stand nearby and speak in tongues for the situation. It's a spiritual competition after all.
  11. ahh...what the hell, I'll finish my point.
  12. Well while I'm on a role: from - http://www.empirenet.com/~messiah7/tdy_underrosie.htm
  13. When they forbid everyone to look online I had to go see what they were hiding. It started a trend for me where I slowly educated myself on TWI's nasty underbelly. Ya, getting brought up on RICO charges and narrowly escaping full disclosure by settling out of court for God (and the Allens ) only knows how much money was worth trying to hide, eh Rosie? BTW - read the court cases folks. She lies like a rug. In 2000 Rosalie told the way corps at a corps meeting from an advanced class special that she did not know of LCM's afairs. She then blamed the way corps for not speaking up. dang, if you spoke up to lord craig you got booted out of the place at best. This is an excerpt from a statement they filed with the courts. Source: http://www.uia.net/~messiah7/sut_suitsexrev.htm Uhh, Rosie was installed on the then board of trustees in 96.
  14. They'll have a hard time getting rid of it. The guys that run the site are all about free speech and freedom of information. http://www.archive.org/about/about.php Besides, all the pertinent information is here at GSC.
  15. Thanks for the encouragement.

  16. ROFL! I haven't heard of that category before, man that's rich! I helped patch part of the roof on the PWA once and I had cold tar on my hands. I was walking back to founders hall and ran into a fellow Staffer who noticed the black stuff on my hands. He as asked me what it was and I told him what I had been doing and he interrupted me to attribute the mess on my hands to the increased spiritual pressure at the PWA. (The Victor Paul Wierwille Prevailing Word Auditorium )
  17. No kids to my knowledge. Very likely, it's been close to ten years. On the other hand it is a rare occasion that anyone actually gets full disclosure from Rosie and the BOD. They are REALLY freaks when it comes to everything being confidential. When something confidential does have to be announced it is usually only what they deem people need to know.
  18. Yes. Taxes were deducted and they were pretty good at getting the deduction right for you family size, etc. They have a 401k there that you can choose to participate in or not. They match 2 to one but the amount you can contribute is extremely low. Also, you make very little money working there so you really can't afford it anyway. More of them will have trouble by not having any form of retirement savings. I know of a Region Coordinator (currently in Texas now) who has been known to tell people that broach the subject of retirement and savings with him, that he and his wife plan to live with believers when they retire. More accurately stated "we plan to live off other's retirements who are in TWI and will take us in".
  19. This has probably been discussed here many times, I didn't search so please forgive me. How many of you noted after leaving TWI just how infatuated they are with the "adverasary"? I remember how so many undesirable things that happen in people's lives, no matter how insignificant, would trigger the "blame the adversary response". This especially shows up when an event is taking place. Here's something I used to find comical. TWI's HQ is in rural Ohio where thunderstorms are commonplace in the summer months. If it's summer in Ohio you will regularly have thunderstorms. Period, end of story. They do a two week class every summer called the Advanced Class. Almost without fail there are multiple thunderstorms in June. However should the storm happen in proximity to the Adv. class schedule the you might hear something like "the adversary is roaring like a lion and didn't want the class to take place and we need to be diligent, etc, ad nauseum." If the storm happened during the class it was always attributed to a direct attack on the class. But if the storm happened during the three days of the discerning of spirits garbage sessions, you would hear something like "the adversary doesn't want this information taught and he is mad because we are exposing his kingdon...blah blah blah.." Are they nucking futts or what? What a bunch of self important TWIts. Pssst....hey TWI BOD....the adversary already has you entrenched in erroneous practices...there's no need to attack you during your boring classes....hello....can you hear me?..... They will probably attribute my post to the adversary...lol
  20. TWI has NO authority over anyone's life that has not been granted them with express consent of the person they presume to govern. Most of the innies stay there out of a misguided zeal, supposedly in service to God. The real tragedy is that in practice TWI have promoted their organization into the role rightfully occupied by Jesus Christ as the head of the body. The BOD behave as if they are the ones directing the affairs of the Church. They have demoted Jesus to a name sake and mediator who is seated on God's right hand. I believe the bible teaches that there is power in the name of Jesus Christ, that there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus, that Jesus is seated on the right hand of God. Those are only three things that describe his current function. TWI demoted Jesus while God promoted him. HE is not the ABSENT CHRIST! I'm not trying to start a doctrinal debate, I'm pointing out the glaring differences in what the bible teaches and what they teach / practice and how those teachings cause others to submit to their heavy, draconian rule.
  21. If you never believe any other thing that I have posted here, do yourself a favor and believe this - they have a security professional that lurks here. It is rather comical, self important, delusional, key stonish, insignificant, validates GSC with their presence, further proves that douche baggery is entrenched in TWI, shows that they keep an eye on "the enemy", and many other things that I won't bore you with.
  22. That question exemplifies the importance TWI places on knowledge over weightier matters such as love and mercy. Knowledge puffeth up.
