I should add also that the Seattle Mariners are playing some great baseball too. They defeated the Detroit Tigers yesterday (in 15 innings) to advance to the ALCS against the Toronto Blue Jays. To be fair, the team with the best record in baseball this year, the Milwaukie Brewers, are still in the playoffs and need a win over the Chicago Cubs to advance to the NLCS against the Dodgers. This should keep anyone up to date who is interested.

The New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, San Diego Padres, Philadelphia Phillies are all out of this 2025 post season. The Los Angeles Dodgers are the odds on favorites to repeat as World Champions. Of those still in it, the Toronto Blue Jays along with the Dodgers are playing the best baseball right now. I usually follow the post season every year and somewhat get more interested in baseball each year after the all-star break.
