  1. Ok, this should be easy enough: The Michael Jackson song "Beat It" features a really cool guitar solo that lasts about 30 seconds. It took the guitarist about 10 minutes to compose it. Who was he, and (bonus) how much was he paid?
  2. That last one is a make or break. You either know it or don't after that.
  3. Actually, I just saw the "staring at my tits" movie, and it was bizarre. I remembered the "take that to the bank" quote with no trouble at all. Fun, stupid movie, Hard to Kill. I got Stranger than Fiction and Kate and Leopold. Pretty sure one of those is Office Space, but I wouldn't bet money on it. Just a hunch.
  4. It was Dawn of the Dead. moving on...
  5. Pretty sure it's not Wolverine Greatest Showman or Les Miserables.
  6. "They're after the place. They don't know why. They just remember. Remember that they want to be here."
  7. "What the hell are they?" "They're us. That's all. There's no more room in hell."
  8. The second one is John Leguizamos' "House og Buggin." I think the first one is MadTV
  9. And Meat Loaf DID cover it. But the famous version is by Celine Dion.
  10. Locomotion. And it's "Warden THREW a party," not "THROUGH." Their, their now.
  11. Hard to say. These days of satellite radio and stations dedicated to all sorts of genres, hard to say anything did not get airplay. Billboard says it peaked at number 40, which indicates SOME airplay but certainly not ubiquitous dominance (a word combo I am unlikely to write again ever). It apparently did very well in Dance Clubs in the US as well (number 3. Wow). SO anyway, new song: There were moments of gold and there were flashes of light There were things we'd never do again, but then they'd always seemed right There were nights of endless pleasure; it was more than all your laws allow
  12. Ok, I won't drag it out. From Oscars 2019, "This Is Me" from The Greatest Showman. I am going to go all in and call this the best Oscars song performance of this century, at least.
  13. Where did he claim a fact was inaccurate? Any fact? Where did he say there were actual inaccuracies?
  14. I like to think it's because I chilled the F out, but ok. Please drop it. This is not off topic, but it's so ancillary to the topic as to be irrelevant. I do not see that he questioned a single fact: Merely raised the possibility, which is a fair thing to do for someone who concedes to having all the facts second or third hand (which, I should add, includes the overwhelming majority of people who have posted on this site. I see no reason to disbelieve anything in the opening post, nor do I see any reason to disallow the possibility that the AI aggregation (assuming there even WAS one) got a fact wrong. It might have. It might not. Obla Di Obla Dah.
  15. I'm not sure that AI can S.H.I.T., but it's worth exploring.
