  1. man... oh ... man.... this is too creepy  so the big jrmogster is about 24 maybe 25 yrs old ... and i'm being generous here. and those guys in the overalls ... should be blamed for this! this really proves to me that those old geezers really truly believe that what VP taught was cool...even though most of what he taught was B*llpoop and the other 1/2 was stolen...sheeshh... what a legacy! sooooooo scary. Sunesis, I must agree...that house is BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII IIGGGGG....
  2. King Okus... That's perfect!! Chockfull, Very well put. Krys, From what I have read and understood here, your DIL was/is emotionally traumatized. I doubt anyone ever gets over something like this ... they just have to learn to cope with it and hopefully get some serious help. She was so used, yet probably believed she was 'loved' by these things we called MOGS. When the whole thing came crashing down, what she perceived as being real was suddenly a 'fairy tale' and having probably believed she was the princess in that fairy tale, suddenly the tables were turned and she became the wicked witch and told go home. It is no wonder to me that she behaved the way she did when she was with you that short time before departing for the 'bus' guy.
  3. I think Java Jane answered that question Doojable!!! And I'd have to concur ... the answer is NO NO NO NO NO!!! Krys, MY God!! I'm just sick to my stomach over this whole mess. And you are absolutely right...when TWI F**Ks with you ... you know you've been F**ked!! Watered Garden had great insight about how in the OT when such things were done God was not too happy... and in those days, this was done to those 'not in the fold' sorta' speak. Wonder how God feels when it's done to those who love Him?? If there's a God and if there's a judgement day... man... it REALLY sucks to be those MOGS! Krys, Thank you for sharing your story here and revealing the true nature of those TWI leaders. hugs to you my friend. xo
  4. Happy Happy Birthday Doojable!Too many words ... so little time.
  5. Gee... and I thought all my posts were insightful... sighing from the cheapseats. So sorry... didn't mean to have 'drug' you into my unsubstantial comments. Please forgive.
  6. Man... you must have gotten all "A's" in the VP and LCM classes. Bravo! BTW... what emotions do you speak of?
  7. maybe you're existence isn't real cause there's no scripture to substantiate it? Or..maybe even better... i don't exist... perhaps i'm just a figment of your imagination?
  8. now you're completely irrational... so Vietnam never happened? the Holocaust? WW1, and WW2 Rowanda Genocide those who had horrible stories to tell .. experiences.. these too.. they're not true according to you cause they lack scripture?
  9. So ... let me get this right... Dove, So what you're saying is this: Kristen Skedgell and all the other abused, used and destroyed individuals and family members, loved ones and also vp's own children should read his book(s)... because regardless of their personal dislikes for the man... they should not deny or negate the supposed truth he spoke using the scriptures. OMG...what sick God would ask anyone to do that? that is heartless, cruel, and reeks of ungodliness... i thought god looked upon the heart? And if they're damaged, how could a God of love ever ask anyone to do such a thing???? You've done well Dove. You're EXACTLY what VP raised you to be... you think JUST like him and his cronies!
  10. Doojable... God forbid that the VPEEPEEster would have taught anything that could have been even remotely for his own purposes.... we all know he helped people in their personal lives and it was never to meet any of his OWN needs ... right?
  11. EXACTLY... you don't have to follow anyone home... others did it for you... in the motorcoach... it's all written here or spoken about here... check out a few podcasts...they are informative. I think in a few instances something is mentioned about 'having a staggering capacity for denial' while in TWI (or just being waybrained for that matter) ... hmmmm..... do i see a connection?
  12. Socks. Ditto! Shiftthis, They will blindside you.. beware... the same doctrine they fed/feed you, we were fed. It will take time...but nonetheless...they will show their 'unbecoming' side at some point. Hopefully... it won't hurt too much when the unsuspecting 2x4 comes swinging for your head. bonne chance.
  13. Dove, What amazes me is that after all that has been said/written/shared/discussed ... you STILL read the Blue Book?????????????? It would be like me reading some literature written by one of those Fathers in the Colorado City incident and thinking ..wow... he's cool.. he had some real truth to what he was saying... what a disrespect to those women and children under their control. absolutely discusting.
  14. Kristen, When I heard the last line in the podcast... I wanted to throw-up. Thank you for your honesty and hard hard work both as a human being and as a writer to put these words on pages in order to help others. g
  15. Shellers, you make me chuckle as always

  18. Waysider, That new video you posted in your first post... brought me to tears....man...that was touching...very touching. And this man who sings with the oxygen tank... he's got lungs and chops! thanks
  19. Waysider, Very touching. Moving... thanks for sharing this with us. powerful... and this man's voice is so riviting.
  20. Hello Psalmie, I've read your post and the one thing that stood out to me was that these 'educators' do not believe in learning disabilities. For the past 8 years I have been a tutor for a specified reading program and centre. As well, for the past 10 years, I have been a part-time teacher in the public school board. My specific training has been in reading and learning to teach children to read who have very specific reading difficulties. Over the years and the hundreds of students I and my boss have worked with, few have actually been dyslexic (though, I'm not disagreeing with this diagnosis, nor am I saying that dyslexia is not a valid learning disability). Often reading difficulties, of which spelling difficulties incur, are due to poor phonological memory or slow memory recall or a combination of these as well weak sound manipulation abilities and articulatory issues. The man I work for has his Doctorate in Education and did his dissertation on a specific reading program called Phonographix by Read America. We no longer use this specific program in our centre...yet we still do apply many of the same principles to teach children/adolescents to read. I know for a fact that there is a text book for this program and you could probably access any of these materials via the internet. You can PM me if you want more information. All the best.. and personally... I think you're on the way to the right decision regarding your son. I believe that staying at home with his own family will have a far more positive impact on him than getting this so called 'better education'. hugs
  21. Waysider, Thanks for the CV... it's appreciated... do you have anything recorded that we could listen to here? What type of music did you like to sing? Did you do original stuff? I will certainly tell my friend that a distinguished musician friend of mine said her performance was praised. thanks Waysider.
