The Infamous Stringdusters, with Sam Bush (mandolin) and Scott Vestal( banjo).

(PS --- Jesse Cobb on mandolin -- I knew him when he was knee high to a grasshopper.

He's come a Looooooong way!! :)

Hey d, What is the guys name playing the guitar? Pretty darn good!

Nothing famous here-- just my friend and neighbor Robin playing some good old blues tunes recorded on a cellphone camera in her living room

I like Robin a lot --like many of us she is very down to earth and was a closet picker for many years in between other things---then woke up one day in her mid forties and decided she had had enough of the work a day world and wanted to make a go of being a professional musician---within 2 years she was headlining a few acoustic blues and gospel festivals, and doing fairly well with it..

(sorry for the quality-and Jake in the background making stupid comments--but you get the idea)

mstar1,

The Dan Crary medley was sweeeet.

I really like the sound of his signature model Taylor it has a sound of it's own.

Thanks

My pleasure, I love the sound of a well played Taylor...it does have aunique sound.

My personal favorite on a Taylor is Harvey Reid

but being a reclusive guy he seems to have a thing about posting videos..

I couldnt any of his flatpickin, jigs, classical, or celtic stuff that he does so well-- but I did find this low quality but tasty fingerpicking arrangement of Londonderry Air--(Danny Boy)
