Let me try to narrow this down.  It is one of 11 Ringo Starr songs (with The Beatles) in which he sang lead vocals.  Obviously this isn't "Octopus's Garden" or "With A Little Help From My Friends", or "Yellow Submarine".  So there you go.  There's only 8 more songs to choose from.  Ringo sang lead on one song on almost every album by ~The Beatles~`.  They had 12 studio albums.  Come on.  This is pretty easy breezy.

I'm not sure (if I can speak for everybody?) whether or not you're going to get many bites with this George.  The only artist I can think who might have done a song like this is ~Ray Stevens~.  I don't think I've heard it either or I would probably  would have remembered some of those lyrics.
