Tom is right. Dead Flowers is on "Sticky Fingers" and was released in 1971 by the Rolling Stones.

But, both of you have the title correct. So, who goes?

I guess Tom, since he had the overall correct information? I'm not real sure about the "rules" in such a situation.

Help!

Usual rule, is naming a COVER of a song is perfectly acceptable, so long as the artist

DID perform the song.

Thus, when I posted "Little Red Riding Hood", a poster correctly named it,

along with the artist Sam the Sham. If he's named the artist as "Bowling for Soup",

I would have accepted it also, since they did a cover of the song.

So, if Guns N Roses did a cover, then Sharon was the first to answer with correct

title and artist.

I'm not sure where Sharon disappeared to, but I'm 99% sure that it is "Sugar Magnolia".

So, I'm going to move it along.

Here's the clue:

The drums will shake the castle wall,

The ring wraiths ride in black, ride on

PS I hope y'all weren't waiting on me!

Well, shoot, I thought for sure you would get this, WordWolf.

It was the second song inspired by Lord of the Rings - the first being "Ramble On".

The name of the song is actually "The Battle of Evermore", and it's on the 4th album right before "Stairway to Heaven".

Maybe everyone skipped to Stairway and forgot about this one, except for hard-core fans like me.

Your up, GSG.
