The old man is dead, long live the old man.. these "men" are nothing. We begged.. we desired.. we.. bargained.. we competed.. we longed for this existence. and, once we had it, we tried to figure a way out of it. an escape. sorry, that is as poetic as I can "wax" at the moment..

I think you may have left whatever "it" was for education for a good reason. I would LOVe to teach math. Or even just tutor. In a weird kinda way, I think I got back on the bus.. :)

The physical chemistry is math based. Lots of stuff about modeling reactions with differential equations and such. I think I will like it. If I only had three or four more lifetimes.. But that is not part of the agreement.. oh well. :)

just general chemistry. I have a major in math, a minor in chemistry. If I was rich, I would major in chemistry, math and physics and see where it all took me. I've had everything up to Organic I and II. The university I transferred to requires three more credits in chemistry. My last class in this curriculum will be physical chemistry with no lab.

I don't want to grow up, I wanna be a Toy's R' Us kid, well, the curriculum should lead to a degree in mathmatics and chemistry. I need to add a few courses in computer science however.

I WISH. I've been looking for the alien brain boost, just haven't found any aliens willing to administer it without a thirteen page hold harmless agreement..

Sorry, must have been a slip of my Freudian tongue.. Hmm. Well, there may be a few ways to eradicte TWIT brain, but I think some of these "ex-ministers" might end up in a straight jacket.. sorry, carry on..

Hmm, not too bad, but Freud might disagree with him, as far as the fee will part goes.. Since when? What if that is indeed the real root of the problem? Oh, I forgot,"believers" don't have "problems". Hmm.. the environment. If you're asking people who do not have basic biological needs satisfied to succumb to your logic, I think you're nuts. Same old insanity, "just give them da VERD". Only thing, I've seen people forced to accept "personal" responsibility, but no positive change was perceptible, or "realized". I've seen nice people turned into bigots, including myself. "They" helped me once.. no thanks, not again.

I think he who trusts in the OPINION of a half-baked grifter is perhaps a worse fate. I'd rather be a fool.

Thirteen credits, along with full time work.. whew. I'm tired.. Just one more year.. then maybe grad school. You may then call me Professor Ham.

I'll play Roy. Just don't give the results to Freud.. :)
 -
True. But I think if we saw what the finished product was going to look like, few of of us would have chosen to submit. Personally, I didn't need change, I needed help. Honestlly, I didn't get the kind of "help" I really needed until I was out of der ministry.

Happy birthday friend! Hope it is a good day for you.

I was in from about 1975 until.. about 1997. I probably sat through PFAL.. hmm, maybe fifty, sixty times.. I had the number figured out once. The BEST thing I got out of it was an understanding of a few figures of speech, and went beyond what was taught in pfal.. I'm the only one in my literature class who knows what hypocatastasis is.. could have gotten the same results just buying a book.. :)

T-Bone, I don't think it was a sedative that was applied to some people's conscience, it was a club. Feel really, really bad about something you said, or did? Well, "no condemnation". "Don't you DARE try to touch MY righteousness.." I got that reply a few times from a simple inquiry, in love. I think we were trained to beat the snot out of ourselves with our own righteousness.
 -
Yeah, a servant. To be beaten into subjection. Worked for Hitler and gang. Honestly, after leaving der vey, I've apologized to MY conscience..

"Smart as a brick" may apply here. Many of us trusted our lives to people who couldn't balance a checkbook.
 -
I wonder how many t bones and filet mignon his friends may have helped themselves to before the dust settled there..
 -
Naw, not here.. I think he is in one of the New England states somewhere. At least running a limb. Oh, I just remembered. "They" did put a four hundred pound rock in charge of "research", did they not?
 -
Hey, if it's marble, I would put it in charge of "research"
 -
Hmmm. I have a pet rock. Genuine West Virginia river rock, weighs about three hundred pounds. I'm thinking about getting it ordained..
 -
Well, one thing.. Any bizarre, strange or out of the ordinary thing I've told anybody about myself on the internet here, you may take comfort with the knowledge that it is one hundred percent true.
 -
Yeah.. no graffitti in Midland either.
 -
	well, it is kinda "purty"..
