  1. Well, I don't think the original title implied that some sort of deal was being cut. It was used in the sense of taking care of a problem. For instance, you don't defeat a flat tire, you deal with the situation by changing the tire.
  2. Actually, Heckler, TWI had an entire class devoted to this very concept at one time. It was called "Dealing With The Adversary". If I had a bit more time I would post a few things from that one that elaborate on that class. BTW-----The theme of DWA is "En Guard". (Always be ready to keep your mind from straying from the WAY prescribed version of God's Word.)
  3. Exactly. So, by pausing to give considered thought to what is being said, you are "allowing the adversary to operate". Thus, in order to keep the adversary from getting a chance to operate, you must be diligent in your efforts to resist "consideration".
  4. It's the "make it or break it" moment in PFAL. It's that moment when you have to decide whether you are going relinquish your critical thinking skills or not.
  5. THE FALL Genesis 2:16, 17-----Genesis 3:1-6 1. Questions the integrity of The Word 2. Response-By considering 3. Omits a word 4. Adds a word 5. Changes a word GOD----ye shall surely die SATAN---ye shall not surely die And, of couse, in the context of the class, the lesson being taught was that you should never even "consider" that what VPW was teaching (What he claimed was The Word) might be wrong. If you do, it will be your downfall just like it was Eve's.
  6. ---and another to prove it? Apparently you haven't spent much time investigating the contents of this website. It's chock full of proof if you're ambitious and daring enough to "consider" it. Don't worry, the devil won't come and get you because you considered it. (Citing Eve's downfall from session 7 of PFAL)
  7. Yes, even stolen money is spendable. Unfortunately, many things that Wierwille stole are not accurate and thus not "spendable".
  8. Are you aware that Wierwille plagiarized those from other writers? How about "administrations"?
  9. What has been incorporated into it from the previous classes? Four crucified, private interpretation, law of believing?
  10. Admittedly, I have never taken Martindale's class. Still, I find it hard to believe that NONE of the material from PFAL was carried into the new class. On second thought, I suppose I should be asking what class you are talking about when you say "foundational".
  11. Have you taken the Advanced Class, yet Heckler? In that class, Wierwille detailed various maladies that he claimed are caused by devil possession. Among them are alcoholism, sexual predation, ego and cancer. If you would like, I can post various parts of my syllabus and notes. Ironic, don't you think, that Wierwille, himself, died from cancer? DEATH CERTIFICATE
  12. Happiest of happies. And I mean that in a happy kinda way.
  13. None of this is in the foundational class??? Refute VP's personality??? For goodness sakes, the man was a drunken sexual predator who drugged and raped countless young, trusting women.
  14. Martindale said that if you didn't give at least 15% to TWI, "God wouldn't even spit in your direction." BTW----Have you had a chance to look at "Actual Errors in PFAL"? http://www.greasespotcafe.com/main2/editorial/editorial-items/actual-errors-in-power-for-abundant-living.html
  15. Ahhh, what the heck. Somebody had to do it sooner or later. CLICK

  17. Just so you know, I put the quotation marks around it to indicate those are not my words.
  18. Glad you stumbled in, Leafy. I always enjoy your posts.
  19. You just had to ask, didn't you? The "believing against someone" idea comes from page 10 of the AC syllabus ©1971 ************************************************ KEYS TO WALKING BY THE SPIRIT 9. It may be essential to put unbelievers out of the room. Matthew 9:23-25 **************************************************** As far as believing "for someone", I think you were allowed to believe "for" someone if they were dead, like Lazarus, or mentally incapable of believing for themselves. I don't recall where that one was taught but I'm thinking it's in the collaterals. Just for fun, though, here's a gem from page 17. (15) Devils believe. James 2:19 So, I guess, not only do you have to believe for yourself, you also have to OUT-BELIEVE the devils who are believing against you in some kind of spiritual believing show-down.
  20. They easily dismiss such scriptures by virtue of the phony dispensationalism to which they subscribe. In other words, "It ain't written to us folks who are living in the Grace Administration."
  21. "Collective believing" Yes, how well I remember that line of B.S. In Fellow Laborers, we were scolded for our lack of "collective believing", told that we (FLO) were the reason Word Over The World wasn't happening. It just had to be because of our *negative* collective believing because we were in "the birthplace of the ministry" (Ohio). Yeah, I suppose God was sitting there on His throne, looking at maps of the U.S.A. and noticed that our meaningless little program was being conducted within some arbitrary lines on the map, otherwise known as state borders. Geeze! If He would have only given us some revelation, maybe we could have moved across the state line into Indiana or something. Then "The Word" would have prevailed and we'd all be living happily ever after instead of posting on GSC.
