  1. Oh, and from Pet*r Caw***n who co-ordinates Australia for them..ouch!
  2. By the way, I've kept ALL correspondence from Mi**al Ad**s,my wifes brother and his wife Mar* (Rog**s)
  3. When we left Indiana Campus we received 'a letter' from Mi**al Ad**s calling us thieves, dogs, pigs etc.. He also demanded $10,000 from us for our airfares that TWI paid for to get us back to N.Z. He suggested we find a good lawyer because he was going to make our life hell. Best advice he ever gave us !! We found a good lawyer who sent the Di** head a letter saying we could sue him for defamation. Never heard from him (in this capacity) again !!! And he is TWI new 'International Out-reach co-ordinator ?!! ROFLMAOPAOMF
  4. Hi DMILLER,'Hillsong' is actually the name of a church in Australia and the name of their band.It is basically a 'worship music' ministry. http://www.hillsong.com.au or something like that. Ozbirdau.. we have ex-baptists, jw's, lds etc.. involved in our church so I guess theres something out there for ex-anythings..!!
  5. Hi Ozbirdau, glad you asked the question about what I know of other churches 'beliefs'. Our church holds evening services which has allowed me time to visit other denominations and some I have even 'preached' in.I've been doing this for the last six years or so. It has actually been an interest of mine to 'look and see'. I can go into detail if you want about Jehovah Witnesses Catholic Seventh Day Adventists Apostolics Lutheran Latter Day Saints and even more obscure ones like.. Iglesia ne Cristo Apostolic Prophetic. Our Ministry actually has adopted things like full band playing pentecostal hillsongy type songs, we have people clapping, jumping, waving thei hands in the air, lifting holy hands so it aint like we're stuck in a time warp ya know !! So I stick with what I said in my previous post. All the best to you and your family, lovingly, Allan.
  6. Rascal said.."why would anyone give credence to anything they said, regarding doctrine". Because Rascal, many of us who were involved in twi got to actually make up our mind as to whether or not what we were presented with was the truth and with our own minds got to say yes or no. I for one still believe that the basics of what VPW presented (albeit EW Bullinger or whoever) is even today unmatched in most churches.
  7. I know in New Zealand a couple of brothers of some girls who got messed with turned up at leaderships house and things got a bit physical. I remember one time standing in a queue at local post office when Mi**al Ad**s and wife also turned up. When he saw me he hovered in the background furiously dialling his mobile. I presumed he was trying to get through to his 'goon squad'.!!
  8. a finger in the ear does feel kinda nice !!
  9. The room decor does look a 'bit gaudy' even by American mid-west standards !I see they take bookings, maybe possible to have a 'reunion there ??!!
  10. Thankyou Linda Z and Krysilis for reminding posters to keep things'civil', we all left the name-calling antagonistic ministry behind us.
  11. As I have posted before, to have put Mic**l Ad**s in charge of Int'l Outreach shows that they are more than happy to keep promoting the sickest of people in positions of power. We are sure people will leave TWI in New Zealand once he departs it's shores(btw.. does anyone know when these appointments come into effect ?)
  12. The Darnells are involved with CFFM,reasonably widely known.Awesome family.
  13. Bramble, I was thinking the same thing myself. I guess it's like a lot of things in life whereby we must differentiate between fact and fiction.
  14. Interested to know how many have read this book of the same name.It gives Biblical and first-hand accounts of a growing movement called 'the brotherhood', a satanic movement that practices human sacrifices across America etc..;members who 'infiltrate' Christian Churches to weaken and then ruin them etc..??
  15. Self righteous indignation, no backing down when wrong, name calling, mes' thinks some of the posters at GSC don't do too bad themselves !!
  16. Wasn't Jim Jones down that way once upon a time ?!

    PFAL Online?

Why did some people get upset when I said half jokingly that maybe their believing sucks, when they have stated that they don't believe in believing anyway ?! "And all things whatsoever you ask in prayer, having confidence, trust, believing, hope, faith, positive mental images,etc.. you shall receive." Whatever one may want to replace the word believe with, I'm pretty sure Jesus was saying expect to receive something !!
  18. Living in Australia which is very dry in a number of places,I have seen men, women and kids doing the 'water thing' with forked sticks. It actually works more often than the 'scientific' method of finding the stuff !! I repeat, hard for a three year old kid to be savvy enough to make the stick do what it does.

What did Jesus mean when he said in Matthew 21: 22 "All things whatsoever you ask in prayer BELIEVING, you shall receive" ?? The error lies maybe with our understanding or maybe...some peoples believing just sucks !!
  20. Maybe he's going to finally start reaping what he's been sowing, myself and the ozbirdaus'of the cafe' sure won't lose any sleep. In fact my wife said there may very well be a few who 'slip away' once he departs our fair shores!especially with her brother now left in charge.

    PFAL Online?

Not wanting to throw a wet rag in here, please allow me to give my nickles? worth. Most of you know I still 'push the barrow' for the Lord:If I read What the Hays' post right, what was said is I believe pretty close to the banana(don't worry, it's aussie slang). Believing in the positive or negative sense is real, it is just that it is not as black or white as TWI propounds(i believe TWI again uses this manipulatively to condemn and keep people in bondage) When Selina and I finally got around to signing up for family corps,we had to come up with BIG x amount of dollars for the first block of tuition for us and the five kids, not to mention airfares, the New Zealand dollar being 1/2 the amount of U.S.D. etc.. Through it all Selina kept a mental picture of us all sitting in front of a 'wishing well' at the entrance to Indiana Campus(bearing in mind we had never seen any pictures of the campus.) When we arrived at campus through a series of small miracles lo and behold..the wishing well. On the negative side of believing,I keep newspaper clippings of incidents where I believe spiritual powers or 'laws ' are in operation and display them in our(please don't gag !)advance class. You might be surprised how often "I had a great fear about this" pops up. In your neck of the woods, cast your mind back a number of years to when a serial rapist/killer was making appointments with real estate women and then ambushing them. He was caught when his last victim managed to get away.Virtually her first words were " I had had a great fear that I was going to be his next victim" (and she was).Too many more to mention.
  22. Mic**l Ada*s is very, very good friends with Jo*n Rey**lds, likewise, with Je*n Yv*s de Li**e. Rhy* Mil**r if he is still co-ordinating U.K. is a 'Kiwi' who is very much under the thumb of Mic**l Ada*s, likewise, Pe**r Caw**on who co-ordinates Australia. A bit of method in their madness me thinks ! As a side note, Mic**l Ada*s 'hates' the States, I will guarentee he baulked at leaving his beautiful home and car behind not to mention the concubine(s).
  23. YOU SHOULD BE AND i AM SURE YOU ARE VERY PROUD OF YOUR DAUGHTER !!
  24. The Japanese govt. will kill it in the name of scientific research, then it will end up on wealthy peoples dinner plates, who will end up contracting a rabid virus that .. sheesh,It's too early in the morning for this, I need my coffee and some s.i.t. !!

    New Used Cars

Subarus a bit hit and miss.If you get a good one, great.Get a bad one, big money. My son bought a Subaru(the kids love the sound)and goes well.My nephew bought one and had nothing but trouble. Other son had a Honda Ferio, awesome car. Older jap cars tend to rust out quicker.
