  1. The rest of the title is in this line. George
  2. I don't know of any in East Texas. Except for a lot of rain in Galveston, the Houston area was essentially untouched. Louisiana will get some rain. George
  3. Is that because you didn't bring beer? George
  4. I don't know what search tool you used, but Zabasearch and Intelius both keep old addresses on file for about 20 years. LCM was from Kansas, and I expect that his folks are still there; we know he lived in New Knoxville. Toledo is probably the most recent. George
  5. The loop-around model is considered a low probability. At first, it seemed as though the storm would come right at us, but it seems to be headed further east up the coast. HumBUG, is more like it! Hey, P-Mosh! Check the Texas thread. You're welcome to come to the "Thank God I'm not a Pig" roast Oct.6. George

That, or a bikini! Seriously, here's how to get there: Take SH 288 south from Houston. Go all the way through Lake Jackson, Clute, and Freeport until 288 merges with SH 36. Continue on 36 (east) until it ends at FM 1495. Turn right, and follow 1495 over a big bridge. At the end of the bridge is CR 723. Turn left, and go until it ends. Turn right, and you're there. We have the Quintana and Bryan Pavilions reserved. If someone is actually manning the entrance gate, tell him you're there for the Pig Roast and you won't have to pay. In case of rain, the roast will be at Richwood Park (covered pavilion): Take 288 S to Lake Jackson. Take the first exit (FM 2004). Turn Left. Continue on 2004 until you cross RR tracks. At the next light (Oyster Creek Dr.), turn right. At the second street (Wisteria), turn left. At the stop sign, turn right. Polk Elementary will be on your right, and the park on your left. George
  7. Hector Elizondo Pretty Woman Richard Gere George
  8. Try comic books. Even the ones with LOTS of words only take about 15 minutes! :B) George
  9. Well, beyond the obvious (sensational looks, lots of money, brains, and nymphomania), I think it's important to have a woman who doesn't consider you a fixer-upper. This is me. Love me, or leave me alone. George
  10. It would appear that Raf knows what it is. If you didn't google it, please give the title. George
  11. "Hmm. What smells so good?" "I cut myself shaving." "What does Ramone look like?" "He looks a little like Cary Grant, the poor man." George
  12. Must be "Bewitched." I'm guessing that the "lion in my pajamas" line was by Paul Lynde ("Uncle Arthur") in an homage to "Animal Crackers." George

TGINAP roast less than a month away. GS BBQ less than two. George
  14. No, though the sentiment is similar. George
  15. I'll be strong, I'll try to carry on; Although you know it won't be easy when you're gone. George
  16. No, not Freejack. It was a 2006 release. George
  17. One of the reasons I got booted from TWI was that I questioned the doctrine that I could force God to accommodate my preferences in speaking in tongues. I got a big kick in one exceller's session when the leader asked soemone to SIT emphasizing the letter V, and the that person spoke in tongues for about a minute and a half without a SINGLE V! I think it was God saying, "I'm in charge." George
  18. Sorry. Here are a couple more. "I just need you to tell me how to get to the time machine." "Oh, that's easy. You go down by the museum and stuff... It's like- it's, like, by the museum... Sorta by... Actually, not really. More like on the street, you go, um... Wait, let me start over. Okay, you know where the time machine is?" "Clevon is lucky to be alive. He attempted to jump a jet ski from a lake into a swimming pool and impaled his crotch on an iron gate. But thanks to advances in stem cell research and the fine work of Doctors Krenske and Mueller, he should regain full reproductive function again." "The years passed, mankind became stupider at a frightening rate. Some had high hopes the genetic engineering would correct this trend in evolution, but sadly the greatest minds and resources where focused on conquering hair loss and prolonging erections." "Yah I know this place pretty good, I went to law school here." "In Costco?" "Yah I couldn't believe it myself, luckily my dad was an alumnus and pulled some strings." "Today I step into the shoes of a great man, a man by the name of Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho." George
  19. "How Great Thou Art." I believe Elvis did a popular recording of it. George
  20. Sharon, In THIS game, you don't have to know the name of the episode. In fact clues may come from several different episodes. Only the Star Trek thread requires an episode name or description. You're up! George
  21. Well. the "changeling infiltrators" would indicate DS9, probably 6th season, but I don't glean much more. George
  22. All there except the fourth clue. What is it a map of? George
