VP put on a better show for the public Ol Loy wasn't so good at it, and like most frustrated, ignorant adults, resorted to bullying people, with a loud voice & empty threats~ I was bullied into breaking off an engagement to a very lovely man... If I didn't Martindale would hear about it... damn I was stupid, stupid, stupid... Seems Ol Loy got the women part right... but lost the public's attention~

Bingo... there is one of the traps exposed.... Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life... but NOT in the WAY!

Why aren't more people looking at the show? It's such a fun show... Just wondering...

:( A dog can receive a correction for inappropriate pack behavior even if you have never trained the correct behavior. Dogs instinctually understand pack behavior. We've heard about some wonderful successes with shock collar use... buzzing first to warn, then a shock if behavior persists. Seems the dogs catch on right away, and the inappropriate behavior stops quickly. And as Jim stated, it must be done RIGHT AWAY!!! Love the name Pumpkin~ how sweet

Some fun reading here! My outlook on life after leaving TWI was one of suspicion. The world seemed strange, most of what I thought was very good, was NOT. Further investigations were needed. I felt like a hunter in the wild. Safari= expedition, trip, search Vista = view, scene, landscape We also have a GMC Safari Van… physical trips to forbidden places were in there

Just reading through here again. It's really true, Mother knows best. Sometimes we know to ask a question... but the final choice will be our own... Having someone experienced to bounce things off of can be comforting, but remember to relax, kids in general are resilient. Not food related… Friends of ours had their first baby around the same time we did. This little guy was different, he didn’t want to walk on his feet, but would get around on his knees…at age 5, had a great fear of pooping in the toilet & would get his own diaper, poop in it & let his mom know he was done. (although he used the toilet to pee) This woman was so calm… she said she never heard of a teenager needing to poop in a diaper. Eventually he would grow out of it~

Funny & not funny at all All sin is NOT the same! Does the Bible have this response to going a little too fast on the freeway? - VP's sins have broken up his family and many others. It drove his children from their mother, and many husbands from their wives. Children lost their family unit, and some people died! There are a few morons that would NEVER consider VP's sins... they enjoy living in their dream world~ it's more comfortable for them... but observing their lifestyle, they too are harsh and ignorant when it comes to loving people & really living life.

VP Weirwille seemed to have some tainted thinking very early on. Since most of his ‘works’ were not really his own, but a compilation of things he’d been exposed to, it makes me question his honor. Now, if he would have been honest from the start, and gave credit where credit was due, the story about him today probably would be lovely…blameless, without reproach.

If he's gaining weight well, then he's probably okay. Without a bunch of teeth, it's difficult to chew foods. All four of our children nursed 3-4 years... yeah, I know, different. Although they did eat other foods, it was only what we were eating... mashed up. None of them would ever eat baby food... just spit it out. La Leche League usually have members willing to speak with you that know a lot about babies & toddlers!

It's like some sort of mental disorder... (like the severe hand washing...being afraid of germs & contamination ‘disease’) TWI leaders & other religious leaders believe they are wanted by the devil since they have what the devil wants... the only true, rightly divided word. These leaders think of themselves like the President (actually better)... they are suspicious someone may be out to get them... someone who might listen to the wrong god…. Guns at a meeting? So where was the devil? Working in the 'other' leaders there? Sounds like somebody was thinking a little too highly of themselves Maybe their own loyalty to their 'MOG' would have allowed them to kill another human being...hence their warped, suspicious thinking~

Well, for all the Lurkin' Innies~ VPW & DEW had cancer and died from it. Don was traveling to Michigan for some time for treatments, being assisted by 'faithful' Branch Coordinators in Lansing... The BC's wouldn't discuss much about it, except that no one should know~ What I find sickening is... some 'believers' will treat their body poorly, barely feeding it anything 'alive', and expect God to heal them from all sorts of things. One 'believer' we know, who's main diet for years has been cigarettes & coke (the cola)... has had black spots on his lungs & said God's healed him... CONTINUES the same diet :( He idolizes VP, and has LOTS to say about the 'word' in-between his coughing fits... But then, there has been a RISE in taking care of yourself in TWI... eating right, running... writing all that down for your twig coordinator to check & see if you're doing all the 'stuff' that was 'recommended'... Frightening... very frightening~

Reminds me of the sign above a door somewhere on TWI grounds... We don't call 911 w/ a picture of magnum 357... something like that... Self sufficient in 'all' things :blink:

Sad... but VP's son Donald had cancer too. Not sure if cancer is the 'cause of death' on the death certificate. It was something that was hidden from the General way population, a big 'hush-hush' situation. Just think... everyone could have been praying for Don... but... for what? To get rid of the devil spirit? That's what cancer was we were taught~ I recall asking a WC fellow I knew working at HQ, why Don and some other leaders were still 'allowed' to smoke, when all WC had to quit. (I asked the question as we watched Don sneak out the back of the Auditorium for a smoking/coughing stroll...) I got a quick, 'that's a whole other story' response... but no answer. Must have had something to do with the 'old original leaders' NOT being able to 'enter the promised land'... EVERYTHING was related to OT scripture Ridiculous!
