I belong to a gym... I compete in racquetball tournaments... (don't have "6 packs" abs ) I am 41 years old never married , maybe I need to find a new gym Gyms are a good place to get healthy I have also made some good friends their , too bad mostly guys and some married ladies The gym is also a great place to go sight seeing

This September 11? I will be at work, like I was last year. I will remember those whom I had worked with at the Pentagon. I am sure that all in my office will have a ?moment of silence? for those who were murdered on that terrible day (this will be an individule thing, at our desks, at the time of our choosing. Some in my office will go to memorials at the Post Chapel on Fort Huachuca. I will not allow the terrorists to succeed in my life by making me afraid to enjoy the Freedom and the Liberty that we all have.

I feed my cat IAMS (less active). My cat was deathly sick a few years ago... My Vet told me to feed my cat food with the least amount of ash as possible (as well as diet). The best choices were: Max Cat IAMS Before my cat was sick he was eating Purina Cat Chow. Zix is correct on not changing cat foods. It is hard on a cats system. Remember, there is a reason why cat foods are different prices... IMO, cat food is cheaper than vet bills.

The chat room gave me the chance to meet some very wonderful people. I was better able to understand a different side of some of the people who post on the forums. In the chat room I have seen some angry exchanges, some very sick imposters of one lady who hasn't posted here for a while nor have I seen her in the chat room. But, mostely I have seen people enjoying chatting with friends. I have seen friendships develope. The chat room was also a healing place. I will miss the GS chat

I expect others to follow some rules I have asked people in the express line at the grocery store if they are functionally illiterate or if they don?t know how to count a few times?

I have been known to break a rule or two... I have been known to go 1 MPH(or more ) over the posted speed limit... I have "changed seats" at events. If some ome comes up with a ticket to that seat I move. If someone takes my seat I ask them to move or have security ask them to move. I J-walk I might play my music 1 decible over what is "leagly" allowed I have even been told that what I have said was not PC I'm a bad boy..

My handle… I decided not to use my real name here because many people that come here have a strong disliking for someone else that has the same middle name as my first name… I choose Zshot because it is one of my favorite types of shots to hit when I play racquetball. My Icon… I nice person here at GS sent me the icon and another nice person helped me put it up.

I hope your kitty gets better. After my cat was sick, I swiched from purina cat chow to premimum cat foods. Currently, he is eating IAMS (less active) cat food. Some of the "fillers" in other cat foods, helped contribute to my cat getting sick. Premimum cat foods cost more...Bu, it is cheeper than vet bills and it beats haveing a sick kitty!! I think it is a good idea to talk to your vet about what to feed your pet.

I have a white domestic short hair cat. I got him in 1994, he weighs 30 pounds. His name is Aquila. A few years ago Aquila was VERY sick!!! he had liver and kidney problems. lost about 10 pounds. The Vet wasn't optomistic... This was one of the saddest times in my life. I even had a prayer request on EPH320.com for him. He recovered, and found those 10 pounds again... I believe that God healed my cat. I am very thankful to have a cat that loves me as much as he does.

Sudo, Thank you for providing those links. On the issue of health I don't have a problem with floride in drinking water. I am looking at this issue from the dollar end of it. Also, Since you mentioned adult dental patients... I think it would be a good idea if better dental insurance was more readily available. I think (Sudo, you would know better than me), two of the main reasons why adults don't see a dentist on a regular basis is: 1. Fear (due to painfull experiences) 2. Money I think I could get better and cheaper dental care if I were on welfare Thanks

Sudo, I looked at the sites you provided. Thank you. One thing I did not see is a cost benefit ratio analyses. For example: 1. The start up costs to add fluoride to the water. 2. The annual cost of adding fluoride to the dater. 3. What percentage of the water would actually be used for drinking as opposed to cleaning, watering lawns etc? And, why can?t bottled waters company?s have a with and a with out product thereby giving the consuming public a choice? This choice would not increase state and local taxes. (A small disclaimer? I am a budget analyst)

From what I have read here, I am inclined to think he is a jerk (if not worse). Splintee might be his own idiot etc... I don't think it would be fair to claim that all those that are associated with the same larger group are of the same mentality as splintee... I will concide that there could very well be rev splinter cloans out there... But, so far... All the people I have met that are with CFF have been good people. I have not been to any of their fellowships or meetings therefore, I have no direct knowledge of there policy's, practices, etc...
