"My grandfather used to work for your grandfather.   Of course, the rates have gone up."

"This is a nice boy. This is a good boy. This is a mother's angel."

"You know, I'll never forget my old dad. When these things would happen to him. The things he'd say to me."
"What did he say?"
"What the hell are you doing in the bathroom day and night? Why don't you get out of there and give someone else a chance?"

"For as long as I can remember, people have hated me. They looked at my face and my body and they ran away in horror."

I-gor, upon meeting Frederick.

"This is a nice boy. This is a good boy. This is a mother's angel."

Frederick, locked in with "the creature", trying to talk him down.

"You know, I'll never forget my old dad. When these things would happen to him. The things he'd say to me."
"What did he say?"
"What the hell are you doing in the bathroom day and night? Why don't you get out of there and give someone else a chance?"

I-gor and Frederick, after they failed to revive "the creature." Frederick was moping.

"For as long as I can remember, people have hated me. They looked at my face and my body and they ran away in horror."

The first time the now-intelligent "creature" speaks for himself.

"Look. They need machines to fly."

"What bravery. Be nice to them, my dear. Blow them a kiss."

"I didn't sleep a wink last night. Do you know what it's like to hear birds singing at dawn, after you've just spend the whole night crying...?"

"Blood. It's my blood. I think... maybe we'd better hire a bodyguard from now on."

"I don't want a bodyguard. I want the man I fell in love with."

"Good teacher, he really seems to care....about WHAT, I have no idea."

"What's your favorite subject?"    "Poetry."    "Really? Well, maybe you can help me straighten out my Longfellow."

"Actually, I'd like to join you, but I have class tonight."
"Oh. How 'bout tomorrow night?"
"I have class then, too."
"I'll tell you what, then. Why don't you call me some time when you have no class?"
"Alright. Maybe I will."

"Only don't tell me you're innocent. Because it insults my intelligence and makes me very angry."

"Tell me, do you spend time with your family?"

"Sure I do."

"Good. Because a man who doesn't spend time with his family can never be a real man."

"All right. This one time I'll let you ask me about my affairs."

"Is it true? Is it?"

"No."

"I guess we both need a drink, huh?"
