acckkk i'm so close to knowing this . In fact I can hear that line "Do you know what it's like on the outside? I'm picturing an english group from the late 70's, early 80's. Am I on the right track?

All those lyrics meant a "lyricist" did the song, which, to some people,
would have suggested Bob Dylan.
