Here is a little something that might be amusing...

Soon the Gypsy Queen in a glaze of vaseline

Will perform on guillotine, what a scene, what a scene

Next upon the stand will you please extend a hand

To Alexander's Ragtime Band, Dixieland, Dixieland

correct title please :asdf:

The correct title is "Karn Evil 9, First Impression, Part II."

It's off Emerson, Lake and Palmer's famous

"Brain Salad Surgery" album.

(Which was their second choice for the title.)

I not only posted this song some time ago,

but I posted this exact quote!

It was stumping a number of posters for a while.

New song.

"So when you call up that shrink in Beverly Hills,

You know the one, Dr Everything-Will-Be-All-Right...

Instead of asking how much of your time is left,

Ask him how much of your mind, baby.

'cause in this life, things are much harder than in The Afterworld.

In this life, you're on your own."

ok heres one for the ages

Valentine is done

Here but now they’re gone

Romeo and juliet

Are together in eternity...(romeo and juliet)

40,000 men and women everyday...(like romeo and juliet)

40,000 men and women everyday...(redefine happiness)

Another 40,000 coming everyday...(we can be like they are)

Come on baby... :evildenk:

The Goo-Goo Dolls did a cover. Was WW's reference perhaps related to that?

Heard this one on XM this morning

Now troubles are many

There as deep as a well

I swear there ain't no heaven

And I pray ther ain't no hell

But I'll never know by livin'

Only my dyin' will tell

I was referring to a Saturday Night Live skit,

which was of Blue Oyster Cult recording this song,

and a guy at the studio (played by Christopher Walken)

who kept insisting that they record it with one member

playing the cowbell. Most of the band was saying to drop

the instrument, but he was DETERMINED.

And his line about having a fever that could only be cured with MORE COWBELL

has been quoted a LOT online. I've seen versions in "signatures" that

included screenshots of the scene, or of a band member hitting the cowbell

in an animation.
