I won't try to address your questions until I'm clear what you're asking. You're mixing your terms here, and I'm not sure you even get the difference. An Operating System is the superprogram that controls everything about the computer and its operation. All other programs have to be compatible with the O/S. The biggest players in the game for desktops and laptops are the flavors of Windows, Linux and Mac. (Historically, there have been more, and there's always something else out there.) Which one affects everything about the computer- which programs will run, the initial security, the stability of the system, how big a footprint it has (thus the speed of the computer), and so on. A web browser is a program used for going on websites in the World Wide Web. Nowadays, they're often very flexible and versatile, and can do more things, partly because websites do so much more. There's at least 4 categories of browser, depending on what they're based. Safari is the default Mac browser. Google came out with Chrome, and many new versions are flavors of Chrome. Internet Explorer was the Windows default and, for a time, it was a huge player. But consumers all migrated to other browsers for many reasons. Eventually, even they stopped pretending IE was good. The current default web browser for Windows is Microsoft Edge- which is a flavor of Chrome. Firefox started as a user-friendly alternative to IE. There's many flavors of Firefox as well, although most people are using Chrome variants now in one form or another. When it comes to web browsers, one of the issues is how much of your web traffic is being spied on. By default, a lot of web browsing is being spied on. Some add-ons for browsers can help minimize those. I use a variety of those, although I am aware they can limit functionality on certain websites unless they're temporarily turned off, at least for that website. (Imagine trying to make an order online while blocking the website from saving the order!) So, some web browsers are made for spying on people, some web browsers are made to make spying more difficult, and some web browsers are neither. In addition, some web browsers (like many Firefox distros) can have add-ons that increase security and make spying more difficult. Examples of the web browsers made for spying on people are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Examples of the web browsers made for making spying more difficult are Brave, DuckDuckGo's Browser and LibreWolf. (I currently use LibreWolf a lot- and not just for the name.) One of the issues with browsers is when some webpages are made to work on some browsers and not others. I keep Opera around and use it as my last resort. Since it's Chromium based, it will run all pages. It also lacks the heavy spying from Google that Chrome itself has. PaleMoon is possibly the fastest browser around. However, it may have problems with some pages, and it is not the most secure browser- I use it on specific pages in which I have confidence. (Like this one.) I still like Firefox as an all-around browser, but I use other browsers for specific pages and specific things. I like LibreWolf because it is secure by itself, and I can add Firefox Add-Ons that make it more secure, and it doesn't send all my data to Google and/or Microsoft. Keep in mind that your search engine usage also sends a lot of information about you. Bing and Google collect all your data and pass them along. I prefer DuckDuckGo and other search engines due to their privacy features. (Yes, DuckDuckGo has both their search engine and a web browser, both with privacy as a goal.) If you were looking to keep using the Google Chrome web browser but only change the amount of spying on you, I'd go with Opera. But I'd also look at other browsers designed for security, even if I could not use them on all sites. (For some sites, I close LibreWolf and open Firefox.) As for using less processor power, yes, all the spying uses processor power. Linux generally skips that. But, if you check, there's things you can switch off in Windows that will decrease telemetry and free up more processor power, if only marginally. Keep in mind a computer that's full runs slower, period. Opera isn't my maximum choice for privacy because LibreWolf is reliable, is designed for privacy, and accepts Firefox Add-Ons specifically designed to increase privacy (like preventing Facebook from spying on me.) I'm not the last word on computers, nor operating systems, nor browsers, nor internet privacy. That's what I've got, and I hope it was of some use to you. Oh, and if you're not running at least a firewall and an antivirus, the spying may not be your biggest problem. There's plenty of free. reliable security programs out there.

OK, let's see what we've got here. The third one is probably a direct quote from a James Bond 007 movie. Now, Daniel Craig's line was different, so we can leave him out, but that still leaves Connery, Lazenby, Moore, Dalton, Brosnan. Lazenby's career was ended by his sole Bond role, so scratch off Lazenby. That leaves us 4 possibles. The first one sounds very familiar. I can even hear it in the character's/actor's voice. It's from "the Untouchables", from the beat cop who teaches Ness. Malone? The second one is someone who uses the word "comrades" and calls the Cubans friends. So, we're talking a Communist. A "Communist" with weapons is either Chinese or Soviet/Russian, in all likelihood. Judging from the content, it's a "Communist" submarine person, which suggests "the Hunt for Red October." So, put those together, and you've got SEAN CONNERY, as seen in "the Untouchables" and as a submarine commander in THfRO. (I liked "the Untouchables." Not a lot of historical accuracy, but a fun, memorable film overall.)
