Thanks, Krys. I remarried after that. We've been together almost 30 years now.

I remember a time when I came excruciatingly close to being drop-kicked from FellowLaborers. Instead, I kissed butt (figuratively) and swore I would never, ever be a bad boy again. It wasn't what I really wanted to do but my wife (at the time) was bound and determined to graduate so I did it to please her. We got divorced a couple years later anyway so it was an exercise in futility.

So, now, here's the real kick in the butt irony. On one hand, Wierdwille was stressing that The Way was poised to change and upgrade, as new information came to light. On the other hand (session 7), he was warning us we must never even consider any opinions that might differ from the prescribed dogma of The Way. (Eve stopped to "consider" and look at the fate she found.) Nope! Gotta STAND! on that "Word" (as defined by VPP Wierdwille in his series on Power For Abundant Living.)

Nope. I never know how late I'll have to work. By the time I get home it's usually all over. When I was on a more regular schedule, though, I really enjoyed sitting on the porch and handing out treats.

In the early phases, TWI was stating that graduates of The Way College of Emporia would be receiving their diplomas from Kansas State Teachers College. I wish I still had some of those obviously misleading documents.

What I find amazing is that they were able to successfully promote this idea while, at the same time, sell people on the crazy "law" of believing. (Two diametrically opposed concepts)
