I don't think one can get more callous than to sexually assault women who have given their heart to the lord....and it was rampant, even in little old New Zealand. A number of us on here were hurt, coerced, bullied, threatened by some in this RnR group. Do I expect an apology ? NO. Do I even want an apology ? NO. I just want them to keep the fudge away from myself, family, those I love. They may come across as sheep but lift the carcase and peek underneath.

Sorry, wasn't intended that way but if one was to listen to it ( I think still available on CFFM website ) it is great to see how a logical breaking down and 'putting together' of scriptures relating to any particular topic shows clearly the folly of so many 'teachings' n Christendom. People being tortured eternally in hell is one of many erroneously taught doctrines that put many off believing in A God and or His Word.

I think if one were to listen to Wayne Clapps post twi expose` on "Is hell a place of eternal torment" and his handling of the greek words regarding eternal, age long, cosmos and aeon it certainly throws 'new light' on current thinking.

Maybe Jesus emphasis is more on the vine as something that grows and climbs around, over things and keeps going ? As opposed to a stationary tree, the vine will keep moving, spreading. Blessed to be a branch !!

Let's see....he could start by calling out Islam for what it really is, an ideological, political force intent on enslaving the world ( would probably trigger a 'holy war' tho !! ) He could put an end to the church 'forbidding to marry' priests. He could sanction the use of contraception especially in third world countries. Heck, the RC church has enough money to supply the contraception BUT, they still have the same mindset as muslims...increase converts by breeding. This is just for starters.

Well said Twinky ! How grating it would be to dwell on their hypocrisy of balling people out whilst doing the dishonourable deeds themselves. Even in our little country, it's putrid double standards pervaded what started out as a warm, cozy fellowship of people that genuinely cared about each other. Talk about sowing the seeds of deception, these guys were sowing their seed like rampant animal herd leaders. This is why R&R will fail, some of the perpetrators running it still without repentance, nay, from what I have heard, excusing what they have done.

I ( personally ) have found 'believing' to work. It's actually believing IN believing...and then taking up the necessary 'works' to hook up to your faith. As a side note, my wife and I were told ( by leadership in the R&R movement ) that when we left the way our kids would grow up to be homos. 20 years later we have 7 grand children

I agree Sky rider, sleaze and hypocrisy written into their DNA, with big boss man mentality ( waiting in the wings ) I predict there will be an announcement within a year concerning who is the head honcho. Some random thoughts...I remember one time at Indiana campus, LCM visiting and sharing stuff. he was speaking and then paused to pull his sleeve up a bit and reveal a type of jade or sapphire bracelet ( as if showing it off ) I felt nauseous to the point of nearly passing out. I believe it was spiritual, his air of pride and arrogance. I spoke to rev. WGC about it years later and he had had the same experience. Concerning R&R, if it EVER took off seriously, it would go the same way as twi. Not in size but in abuse and sexual deviance. How do I know ? because I know of past actions of some of it's 'leaders'. As Dr. Phil says, past history is a pointer of a persons future behaviour.
