I thought Allen Gym had a pool in it with a bunch of flooring on top. That is were we would put all of our stuff to be moved to the next campus. I was in A/V so we were always behind the scene of things. I once heard my 9th Corps Scottish sister cleaned all of the threshold bottom door plates of a building entering the auditorium where the stain glass windows were and it was totally brass shining as you walked into the auditorium. What was the name of that building? Didn't they once drain the pond and find refridgerators on the bottom?

I think it was Allison fern that I hitched to lead with. The other one could do hand signs to the mute which of course, Bob Wyda used to make hand signals only a mute would know that would disgust Sheila. Allison and I got there very quickly to Tinnie. We were waiting for everyone else to arrive and there was a fridge with free beer in it and was told you are first at it so we indulged not to leave anyone any more drink. Allison while hitchhiking would pull up her pant legs and people would just pick us up. She was something else. We both had our $20 bucks to return that was provided for vagrancy highway rules. we ate quite well. She knew how to believe for stuff like I never saw in a firecracker.

On LEAD I remember going up a rock with my assistant pulling on the rope to take the slack out. I kept yelling take the slack out, her name was Elizabeth from the 11th Corps. I yelled and got yelled back at by the staff and was questioned back in residence about this incident. I remember me and Cathy a blonde a pretty woman in the 11th Corps. We both went down to a running stream and washed our hair against the advicement of staff. We later heard this was not VP's request to not bath. I remember saving all of my gorp until the last day to have nurishment when all of the food was cut off. Yummy. I passed with colors with my hooch. It was so lonely, a time to reflect, alone without civiliazation and I cherish those days and often go into the wilderness to remind myself of what I experienced on LEAD. I will never forget the time girls and boys were separted to go to the sweat lodge. Someone quit throwing water on the non-river rocks that explode and it got so intensely hot. Then they gave us a hot potato to eat. It was good with the salt, cheese, sour cream. Yummy. When we got back to Emporia we had Borsch soup. No one in my twig liked it so I ate all of it and they obliged me as I was so starving from LEAD and ate all of it. My urine was red for days of the abuse I ate. I remember being full and yet hungry. Wow. What an adventure. I hitchiked with one of the Fern girls. She was so bold and we got rides instantly by her boldness. And yes, we returned all of the money given us, lest we be fined for vagrancy. I remember it like it was yesterday. Talk among yourselves of what you recall if you will.

I have heard a lot of new things here about VPW I never knew when I went through the Corps. And was quite shocked to see the direction of the Ministry and the LCM stuff there after. Mostly the things I was not privy of when I was in. I just went to a passion play last weekend and watched the woman caught in adultery and Jesus said, he that is without sin (this selfsame sin) let him cast the first stone. We all have sin. Vp was not perfect. Who is? I once learned we can't forgive someone until we remember what we are/were forgiven for. About the plagarism, well I sat throug BJ Lenards class too. He spoke of plagarism rights. It was just like sitting through the ADV class without so much scripture. I concur much he taught was already there, VP just reverberated it. Is that wrong? I think my Lord Jesus repeated scripture that was written before him and opened the eyes of their understanding. I can SIT when I want for specific and non-specific things everwhere I go. Much I learned I will never let anyone talk me out of. And yes I do doubt this and that but heck I did that before during and after the Way. We are called humans. VP is not here to defend himself as he is gone off of the earth. Yet if he was he would melt your face. Neither do I blamey, but I am a betwist. I have my faith and Way brainwashing c r ap . Yet our salvation does not as I understand and most common churches vehemently believe otherwise that salvation lies in that he is God. Yet it lies in the basic Romans 10:9,10 verse. This is a big deal here and I am not one to put a stumbling block to my fellow Christian sisters or brothers. We are all in a journey and I can't raise my hand about what I believe or they do....... Easter is upon us.

All I know is he is my Lord and Saviour. I too, as led to believe he is not God in the Way Ministry. Going to regular churches over the years, I keep my mouth shut about this subject. My current wife believes he is, the church I attend does too. My best friend a Presbyterian pastors outside of my church dogs me about the subject tryng to convince me otherwise. I am stubborn, as I wastaught one way and believe my salvation does not lie if I believe this way or that way. I answer to my heavenly Father. No one can call on Jesus and speak lightly of him. Praise God. We all think different and I will not judge myself or others.

RG. I began reading this thread from it's inception. I do not like the fragrant statements said here either. We are all ex-wayfers, I can't be bothered. I think people are heartless at times on these threads. It is stated right up front to be polite and listen to others point of veiws on the first page. Maybe they don't know the rules. Maybe they are illerate and trying to make a statement. Who knows these things. As a Christian I know what the Lord stated namely if they do it unto you they do it unto me. I live by this rule. Many feathers came from an advance class we had in residence. There was some so called prophet named many feathers on video tape. My twin brother showed up at Emporia for a visit with long hair and was tagged as many feathers. Later like well over twenty years Mrs. wrdsandwrks husband was much of a gentlemen and came and apolagized for the insult. A curses go. Good man!. Many feathers was referred to my twin as I recall. You guys( Youins for Niki) talk about the spring coming on and all I see is the fall starting. Some of the trees are starting to shed and the english oaks are dropping their acorns but no squirrels to eat them. The pidgeons start pecking at them in late winter I have observed. How weird is that. Rats with wings, how clever of a statement. It is very dry here. We are in stage 3 of water restrictions and the talk is going to stage 4. I am not allowed to water my lawn, basically, only the garden. I just spent close to 6k for a new lawn. I removed 4 inches of soil had 4 put back and Santana bermuda put on top. It is like a golf course on our small lot only to see it burning up under the drought. Ugh. Ater some thirty years of putting new lawns in for others and finally doing my own and basking with the beauty of a new lawn was well worth it, but it is losing color. I enjoy walking barefoot on it, as I did the work. Maybe I will do a night move on some watering.

Niki, I looked back on the threads. I may have inadvertinly said something. You are not an it but a she. I know you and you are the one of few in the Ninth Corps I spent the night over at your house with your keeeds and hubby. Maybe I need to go back and read for clarification. I have been reading this thread since it began. I will say as a male, I am disheartened by what I have read. I understand clearly what you are saying. Nobody should never ever have to endure the experiences as I have read. I read most of these posts are from females and the hurt you type. Rape is sexual abuse. Abuse is one, more powerful over the other period. Why girls stay in this relationship is beyond me. It is your words on this thread that bugs me. My heart goes out to you. I have never raped any girl. It was always consentual. When the partner made a move I did too but when she backed away so did, I believe in the individuals values. Even when I wake up in the night from a dream or just wake up and feel my male urges and make my hand touches to arouse my lovely wife and determine she is asleep and not like totally in the mood. I respect that and step off. When she does the same when I am asleep she respects that too. To go forward on her part or mine is wrong. It is force . To over power the other is all wrong in my books! My wife is a counselor, specifically a phyco therapist, with the gestalt certificate training and teaches it at a Christian College and right now in San Francisco for a class on personality traits. We together payed for this class to go there from Aussie land so she can better help her clients. There are female clients of hers that take knives and slice there wrists and arms because of sexual abuse, how disturbing is that. I never knew this stuff happened but it does. The brake fluid resevoir is located under the hood. They may have had to bleed the brakes and there is a vacuum hose connected to it for power brakes. sounds fishy to me. They could have dropped brake fluid on the exhaust manifold. I would have your husband deal with since he seems to have a rapore with the mechanic.
